My band did Helter Skelter at our last show and we totally reimagined it, I used one of my guitar pedals on my bass to get more of a Cliff Burton tone and it was great

Paul McCartney wrote Helter Skelter after reading a review of a live show by the British band The Move, who were noted for very aggressive hard rock in 1967. The Move was a major influence on Rick Neilson in his concept for Cheap Trick in the early 70s.
