Putting in T-Posts is hot work and hard work even with the post driver. Glad Brooke was looking out for Jason and knew when it's time to stop. You two are a great team. 🤗❤️ Take care.
I loved when you told Holly to grab the gas can, she turned her head sideways and looked at you like " you silly man, I'm not putting that thing in my mouth" 😂😮! That sure looked like a lot of work. I think you might have some sore muscles tomorrow! Brooke too! Love you all. Have a wonderful week.
So happy you got the post driver! To be honest, it's working better than I thought it would. Watching you two work together as a team is how it should be. If all couples did this, there would be a lot less divorces! So refreshing to watch you!
Teamwork at it's finest! Seeing Brooke and Jason work together is like watching a well choreographed dance routine featuring 2 pro performers. I do hope you have a good plan in-place to help with back spasms. Watching Jason man-handling that machine made me wonder how easily he could relax each night. I have one of the pulsing machines (I call it Thumper), but I cannot use it on my own back. It feels great on my calves, upper arms, hips and neck. Moving day for your babies is getting closer. So exciting!
I am so impressed how the COG HILL TEAM makes the most of every day that they are given ! You set a very high standard for the rest of us ! Thanks for taking the time to share !!! 👀🧓 We LOVE YOU !!!💗 Blessings, Grace and Peace for you all in this coming, challenging week ! 🙏🙏🙏
If the telephone pole bothers you, you can always put a small fence around it so the animals can’t get to it and then throw some seed in there for wildflowers❤️
It is truly remarkable what you two can do. Talk about the A-Team. Great job! Just looking back st all the projects since you moved. It's hard to believe. I'll say it,Brooke and Jason are unbelievable team. Your homestead is beautiful. It's a lot of fun and excitement to go on this adventure with you.
You and Brooke make an amazing team, the progress you made is just amazing. Looking forward to the finished product. Be careful with your back Jason. I love it when you talk to Peaches, today she was quite talkative, LOL
That machine is awesome. Well worth the $180 to rent it. Y'all did a phenomenal job. Jason just don't push yourself too hard you got a lot more work to do down the line.. Miss Peaches🐷 is very happy with the work that you've accomplished. She says there might even be a bonus check for you this week👍
Brooke and Jason . . . I’m so excited the t-post driver worked as prayed for. 🙏🏽🤗 Watching you both work through difficulties with determination, patience and love is so lovely to see. I’m thankful Brooke put the brakes on and encouraged you to stop for the day. You accomplished so much today. You should be proud. Seeing your vision come to life is a joy to watch. May God continue to bless your precious family and farm. 🙏🏽💓💐
When I watch ya'll, I have to remind myself, that I worked long and very hard to be now retired, and it is a good thing. My spirit gets so excited, wanting to join ya'll out there, helping yall, but my body reminds me I'd be more hindrance than help now, the body says nope. Can't do that stuff anymore. Thank you so very much for taking us along with ya'll. Watching from southeast Texas on the coast!
I just want to say "Thank You" to Brooke for getting Jason to stop when you did. Good call there. 👍 My brother & I both have ADHD and when we get fixated on a project there's just no stopping us.... except a stroke did stop him.. . So. NOW we know... especially in summer heat.. Turn around.. Don't Pound!!! 😊 Love you guys. ❤
I would recommend using the term "greenbelt" for your access area around the different areas of the property. I love watching your farm visions mature. Blessings from Arkansas.
Wow! That was a lot of work y’all did. Great job 👏🏽. Glad you decided to take a break as Brooke said. Don’t worry Jason, I’ve got your back. Peaches asked where you guys were so I told her “oh, they had to go work on the other side of the pond this afternoon”. She seemed happy with that and laid back down for her nap 😴 🐖 Oh!, I forgot. Mildred said she needs a decent scratching post lol.
Jason-I am just like you! When I have a goal in mind, I just keep going. You are lucky to have Brooke to tell you when to stop. I was telling you to quit too. No sense destroying your back and not being able to continue. You both work so hard! You have done a remarkable job with the 40 and your animals! 😎
The team work you two have is WONDERFUL!! It’s going to look FABULOUS!! The animals will truly appreciate all the work you’ve put into their areas!! Thanks Jason and Brooke for sharing your life with us!! 💛🧡
So glad this worked but please please please DO NOT stand on the "tailgate" of the beep beep(or any vehicle)for any reason. I know 2 people 1 passed away and 1 seriously injured because the tailgate broke loose and they fell(separate incidents).💖 Glad to see you changed to standing in the bed of beep beep for the long stretches.💖💖
Jason, I didn't think anyone besides me used 'Booger Bear' anymore - and I used it twice in the last two days! Y'all sure make a great team - very hardworking couple. And SMART. You think out and pre-plan everything very well. Everyone hits a snafu occasionally, but the two of you generally have your jobs and projects planned to the T. (Post - L😅L!) And the Farm reflects it - it is beautiful already and will be even more so when all the animals are out lazing and grazing in their pastures! I love the way the two of you look out for each other - you both know when the other needs to stop or needs help. It is beautiful watching you together!❤ Dogs are looking great - so big now - and looking fit and happy and loving their life! All the Animals seem so happy to see y'all! ❤ to the Farm Family and the Cog Squad ❤ From New Mexico USA 🇺🇸
So pleased the fence post driver worked for you. Must have been a real concern that you weren't going to be able to sort the fences out. Well done! UK here, we have lots of electricity poles in our livestock fields, never known it to be an issue even with Highland cattle.
BEND YOUR KNEES, JASON when working with those poles, and the rest of the time, keep your knees slightly bent -- like they're made of elastic. I'm an expert due to 2 back surgeries when I was a teenager -- happy to pass this on to you! The other thing to keep in mind is mistakes are usually made when we're tired -- so good for Brooke for ending this pole-ish day!!
You guys are such a great team….together you can do anything. I love watching your videos and live chats. Your videos allow this city girl a little country farm time. My Father’s Aunts and Uncles were Produce Farmers and Dairy farmers in Pennsylvania, and I have fond memories of visiting them and spending time in the countryside as a young girl. I love how you both talk to the animals like they were human…and I believe they understand you! Thanks again ❤
Holly said, " Now Daddy, don't patronize me! You know my paws were not built to haul that gastank for you!" Teehee...:) Anyway, you guys found a nice window of weather....and really killed the fence building. I forgive you for patronizing your genius dog, Holly...she is so cute...the way she turned her head and looked at you...really funny! You guys could build a road all around the perimeter of the pastures...great idea! Don't hurt your back, bro Jason...God bless!
The posthole driver is really working amazingly well! I saw Holly helping, too! (Peaches told her to tell you two (3), "Good job", time to break for the day!)
Mildred is going to love Moody's big body brush scratcher! I sure hope she and Moo Man get along with each other. I'm sure they will, but you just never know. So glad that the post driver worked so well for you! But I bet you had some really sore muscles!
WOW!!!! Regardless of who the media refers to as being power couples, they cannot hold they're ground with the super power couple: B.B.B.B. Brooke indeed has the brains and Jason has the brute brawn!! Love my Cog Hill Family. God is truley blessing you ❤
Glad the gas powered driver worked. Y'all accomplished a lot. You probably gonna be sore in a few days cause I've heard the third day is the worse. Take care and stay hydrated. GOD BLESS Y'ALL.
You and Brooke work together like me and my husband did. You got so much done today. Thank goodness for the pole driver. Glad you stopped for the day. Bet you need a massage. God bless y'all. Get some much deserved rest now.
I am soooo happy for you guys. What a brilliant piece of equipment! I can't wait to see all the fences up with the animals all in their new homes. So exciting! You two are without a doubt, the hardest working people I can think of and that includes ALL the other farmers on You Tube as well as those I know personally! :)
That is amazing. Great teamwork you two. That tool is excellent. Thank you so much for sharing. Love and Blessings to you all. ❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏 Doris, Penrith 🇦🇺🦘
Awesome job today! I am so glad you stopped when you did. It does look great. Pace yourselves and don't push over what is safe and healthy for you. God's blessings on the Cog Hill Farm from Proctor Minnesota!
Jason, I've watch you for yonks, your creative cinematography, video ography, is fantastic. WOW the place is looking sooo good. I love ya all miles. Gosh peaches 🍑 had a lot to contribute to the daily roundup meeting. Talk about puttung on the pressure! ❤❤❤
Oh Peach you are actually carrying on a conversation with Jason. All the animals are so engaged. Scott right on cue. Loretta and Gus may need to get C Pap machines. 💤 💤
Peaches was carrying on quite the debriefing with you. I love hearing her respond, and carry on a conversation with you, Jason. She clearly understood every word you were saying, and was more concerned about you overdoing it than getting it all done that day. She's a great friend.
That pole driver really helped make easy work of getting those poles in! I hate to think of how much work that would have been for you and Brooke if you had to do it the old fashioned way. Wow!! I look forward to seeing it completed and the animals in there. I’m just sorry for you two having to work in this miserable heat and humidity. Have a nice restful rest of the day!! (PP).. 😊💕
GM. Wow that pole driver is your alls saving grace. So glad it’s working you guys got a lot of fence poles to set. Gonna be so worth it for the animals and gonna look good as well. Gonna have to get more poles.
Lord,ya’ll did some work today!!.li love that the fence up front separate from the main fence and your trees..enough room for Brooke and her tractor to mow..I think the animals r going to really really love it!!..can’t wait to see Moo-man and Mildred laying side by side in that beautiful field..
Oh my goodness, that pole driver is amazing. Hope you got yourself a long soak in an epsom salt bath. You two work so well together, it is a pleasure watching. Thanks for taking me along.
Jason and Brooke 💕 I'm so glad that worked. The farm is so beautiful and I can't wait to see all the animals in there new spots. Love y'all and God bless you and your family and all the animals and feather's 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
Jason and Brooke, you both work so hard it makes me tired just watching you! Jason needs to soak in a hot tub and then put ice packs on his back. I have back problems and I can't imagine how my back would feel after all you did today. I'm glad you listen to Brooke, Jason. I'm glad you take care of each other.
Maybe there's concern, not about the power poles themselves, but the power lines on them coming down in a storm. ( but usually there's a tree limb or something that causes that.). Looks pretty safe.
You both got so much done with the T-post I was amazed how much! You both work so hard and so well together. It’s going to be amazing and beautiful ❤❤❤
Peaches was either praising you or lecturing you!!😊 she was being more verbal than her norm on camera! 😂 I am so very happy that y'all got that gas powered driver!!! Whew-Wee!!!! I honestly don't know how you did 150 in one day! Your core must be in good shape! I hope you aren't really sore! Good soak in Epsom Salt!!
Best purchase we've made in a long time! We're 70ish and live in Arkansas. We have plenty of rocky soil. Now we can put up fence on a whim. We bought a Titan post driver at our Atwoods. I think it was less than $400.
