I just wrote this poem, on one of my worst days yet I don’t really want to die I just want the pain to end I don’t really want to cut myself I just want to feel good I don’t really want to be quiet I just don’t have the energy to be happy I don’t really want to start restricting eating I just want to like my body I would fully open up to someone I just don’t know who or how to put it into words I don’t really want to feel like this I just don’t know how to fix it

The most sad thing is the solution is the reason behind the sadness i.e any one will suggest that if you have any problem then share it with your mother but the reason behind my pain is my mother our relation is full of toxicity she only needs to satisfy her ego and for that she can go at any stage and now i cant take it anymore 😢
