An awesome video, again. Joel has certainly been working mad hard for this kind of progress in one year. Thanks for uploading these as frequently as you do, because they are the main inspiration for me and many more starting street work-out people. Hoping to see you guys at Riga next year! That is some amazing stuff. I am 61 years old and still do pullups and pushups everyday and anytime I get lazy, I watch your videos for inspiration. It helped me get an amazing girlfriend who is half my age and who does triathlons with me. She recently surprised me by buying a chinup bar for her doorway and now she does pullups and chinups everyday. Life is good.

You can train all muscles through calisthenics. Some Barstarzz mix weights into their routine, the majority don't. The man above doesn't

Sprints up and down a very high stair case. We also do high intense circuits of exercises like push ups, pull ups, and other basics until we are out of breath.

I have much respect for main guy in this vid, cause his video taught me the armstrong pullup programme ... but he was riding that bike like a fool... Eyes on the road and hands on the steering my friend. No need to put people in danger to look cool.

Workout on grabbing the bar dead hang (shoulders still tense.) Try to hold this and beat your time every time. This will work your grip and forearms so you can stay on the bar longer. Of course still continue with your natural pull ups. Have a great day

We all train differently. Joel trains with short intense bursts through out the day, so like twice a day 4-5 times a week.

i sent this to my epileptic mate to see if it would trigger off a fit as i found the quick change scenes quite hard to keep up with, he agree's once he stopped fitting that this isnt safe for epileptics to watch...apart from that!...awesome video!! :)

I wouldn't start with everyday. Start with every other day and progress accordingly. Stay off any muscle thats sore, be careful of over training.

From reading Pavel Tsatsouline, I learned that if you are that fit, you are going to have to up the weight and reduce the reps. Try pull ups with a backpack full of bricks, or loop some kettlebells around your toes. Do one arm pull ups. For dips- watch out, that is a way to rip your rotatr cuff muscles, esp if you have long arms. Take it for what it's worth.

Highly recommend the book "The Naked Warrior", by Pavel T--it is all body weight exercises from someone who trained the Russian special forces and currently MMA fighters. He has an excellent kettlebell program too.

Your wrists don't grow which is what connects your hands to your forearms, that is purely genetic. As far as your forearms try doing close grip pull ups with your hands touching.

Can you tape a video doing one of your usual training? 15-20 min maybe,what you do in hour and half or something like that? To "compress" 1 day training into 1 video clip?

A quick question, am I doing my push ups wrong because doing them on flat really feels bad on my abs, which should be fine. The problem goes away if I do the push ups with my feet on a bench or alike, but I would like to do them "correctly". Pls answer somebody :(

Ok cool. I have another question; am i over training? I do 220 pull ups and dips, and 640 push ups. I started seeing results, but after a month and a half, i've seen no change.

I think at the beggining you do simple pull ups just change hte position of hands after you can do some musce ups :) atleast tahts how my friend started it :)
