When I make bread or rolls, I mix all the dry ingredients in a large plastic bag shake them all up and put them in my mixer bowl. In the meantime I'm hitting the milk, water, and butter to 120. I turn on the mixer, and slowly drizzle in the liquid combination. I'm a machine need for 7 minutes, then turn the dough into a greased bowl. Let rise 15 minutes, then take it out of the bowl and shape into 2 oz rolls. Rise again another 15 minutes, and then make it 425 for 12. Now I'm hungry and want to make some.😊

I thought it was to make sure it was still good before you ruin a whole batch of bread. I do it just to make sure it will rise when I'm done.
