I really find this to be useful, actionable information. And, Kathy, it was very helpful to me that you gave your examples from your life experiences to further enhance whst the doctors were teaching. I find you and your experiences to be so relatable. Oh Kathy - we are soul sisters! Fresh sheets on a made bed, a tidy house on a dark, rainy or even better a snowy Canadian day where I can sit and enjoy the moodiness of the moment with a cup of tea are some of my most favorite times. I am as boring and as simple AF and I wouldn't have it any other way! Thank you for the validation!🙂

I had been on a "diet" since age 8, I'll be 62 this year! K was adopted at 2 days old. My mom was 5ft 2in. She wanted a mini me i ended up at 5ft 6in & overwright from dieting

Thanks so much for this !!!!! I was thinking that there was something wrong with me because I keep waiting for the cravings to go away since trying to eat SOS free and it seems so many you tubers state that they don't miss those foods after such a short time.
