Ingredients and measurements…she’s put it in her description:- 2 cups (280 g) of Bread Flour or All Purpose Flour 1 tsp of Salt 2/3 cups (160 g) of Warm Water ¼ cup of Oil
Here in India it’s only around 1,500 rupees for the past maker which is only 18.27 dollars put the mixing machine is around 7,000 Indian rupees so yea I love her method
Made these! They were great!! Was tricky to get the hang of pulling them so I ended up just pressing them flat with my fingers, but I’m gonna try again! Made it with your creamy mushroom sauce
That’s how I would do it too; except I would have someone boil the noodles for me, and and then call me to the table when it’s all done. No shame in my game.
Me: slapping the dough against the kitchen table quickly and stealthy (in my mind) so that parents don't hear it. Parents 5 seconds later: "AYO! WTF YOU DOIN BOI!" Me: "uhh... Making noodles?... :)"
There is a link in the description, press on the 3 circles / 3 dots on the top right of the screen. A drop down box will appear at the bottom of your screen with a link. I didn’t know this until a nice person told me and now I just help out others who ask the same question.
