in brief: The video is about the speaker's journey to improve their English speaking skills and to speak English faster and more confidently. The speaker shares the tips and tricks they used, which include: 1. Blending words together like native speakers, such as using "I'mma" instead of "I am going to." 2. Reducing pronouns, for example, saying "does he know" instead of "does ee know." 3. Using weak forms of words in casual speech, like saying "fur" instead of "for." 4. Focusing on the pronunciation of specific sounds in American English, like pronouncing the letter 'T' as a soft 'D' sound between two vowel sounds. 5. Shadowing native speakers by repeating their speech and body language to improve pronunciation and fluency. 6. Recording oneself speaking English to track progress and compare against past performances. 7. Reading books and listening to audiobooks to improve listening skills and immerse oneself in the language. The speaker also mentions using a tool called Dr. Phone to help manage phone backups and screen mirroring while learning English on their phone. They emphasize the importance of consistent practice and utilizing available resources to improve English speaking skills.

I have been learning English for a long time, but I feel like I'm stuckkkkkkkkkkkk just on the Intermediate level. I search a video in RU-vid and got you. I got your videos. That are really helpful and additionally, I loved your voice ♥️🙃🤗

Tengo 21 años y sigo a Veronika desde hace más de 8 meses estoy fascinado con los detalles que logro apreciar en sus palabras y su entendimiento acerca del inglés y del mundo en general. Es una gran lectora!!! Saludos desde Ecuador 🇪🇨
For me, shadowing is the best practice to improve my pronounce, so far. However, I watched this video, and then, I feel like trying to read books or to listen audiobooks in English as well. Thank you for good tips!😊
wow, that's amazing, you're so good in english, I watched this your video for the first time, and your english so good that I even didn't understand, that you're Russian, before I watched you another video right now. Блин, это все что я смог написать со своим английским, но ты, несмотря на то, что намеренно сжевываешь слова, подражая носителям, так понятно говоришь, что даже я со своим плохим английским понял, что ты хотела донести. Ты даешь хорошие советы, продолжай в том же духе!
Love you from Afghanistan! This is my first day to watched your video, after that I will follow your youtub channel every day. best of luck! Brilliant future for you girl!

Veronika's ma'am, I request you. Your English-speaking accent is very good, but my point is that you slowly convey to the student lecture because I am facing difficulties on this lecture. Thank You :)
i think being remain what u actually are is important no need to make sound like a native ...because most in western mindset they want to become and try to pretend that they are not.....like a billionaire purchase 1m dollar car and u imagine what happens when any normal try to show .....main thing is remain what u r ...im indian and i m proud of speaking style that indian english speak... and why i see your video bcause ur beautiful,,,thats reason simple....
Assalomu alaykum, Hello Veronika, I am your fun, and also student, because I am Learning in English also, you are non native and I too Veronika you are so pretty❤
In English, nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs are emphasized, while other words like prepositions (for, to, a, ...) or even pronouns (he, she, him, her, its, etc) aren't. There are excellent channel on YT that explain this aspect.
You did 500K subscribers from 2 year old video as a non confident English speaker. That's impressive. English is not my first language as well. I work as English to Russian translator for more than 15 years. Russian is my mother tongue. I plan to start an English speaking RU-vid channel but still feel non confident.
