'Lawyers are Liers' - is a famous saying in English. In fact they are. The only thing is slowly, once he gets a foot into your case - he turns into a leech. He will try to delay and postpone the case as much as possible. Why? The more the delay - the more he gets his free lunch. I am not generalizing. In most of the cases he gets into an agreement with the defendant lawyer and both of the lawyers take you for a long long ride. There is a famous saying in Kannada - Geddavanu Sothaa....Sothavanu sathaa. The guy who wins is the loser. And the loser is as good as dead. No lawyer will ever give you a written contract to deal with the case. They will be as opaque as possible so that they can travel in their BMWs. Rascals. I have had a very bitter experience with these guys. These guys are too thick skinned and arrogant. Every guy thinks he is a Ram Jethmalani.

Maybe the risk isn't as high as you think? To a foreigner who doesn't ever cross the road without a signal, it may seem insanely risky that you cross when cars and buses are coming towards you at 40 kmph. To Indians who cross such roads everyday, it's not really a risk. Right?
lawyers are very smart so whenever you disclose personal things like properties relationships etc be careful. if you have unlimited cash then it's OK because they usually want money in proportion to your wealth. for eg if I fight for divorce my net worth is 1cr and some one else fights and his net worth is 1cr fees won't be 1 lakh for both though cases are same. you have cancer I have but if doctor says you are rich pay more that is the issue here.
Advocates talk nice only to get the case and follow-ups will be done by them till they get your case. After getting the case and money : 1. Will not receive your phone calls. Always busy in court. 2. When they respond to your calls(rare), they will update your case details. Now they ask for more money, they call it as professional fees. More than your case issue and problems, your Advocate is the biggest trouble to manage, you'll feel that it's better to compromise with your opponents rather paying professional fees😂.
Vakil k sath bidhta rho aur apna original matter ke band bajata raho I am sure sallo sall laga k b vakil ka kuch ukhad nhi payo gaa but han apna orginal matter ka satya nash kr he do ga. Best option chose your counsel wisely and if needed you can change counsel too. No need to waste your time and money and to create unwanted mental pressure. Just simple solution change your advocate. It is true that in each and every profession there are few bad people but there are good people too. Take decision on the basis of facts not on the basis of emotions and ego.
I complained about my opponent's advocate Sachchidanand Singh of City civil court Mumbai to Principal judge of City civil court but he directed me to complain to bar association. Bar association of Maharashtra are charging thousands of rupees from complainants which I felt is wrong. I complained about this to Chief justice of Bombay High court but they forwarded my email to bar council. Bar council has not replied of that email even after 3 months....

Most of this happens because common man has no or less understanding of legal and judicial process. He can't get information from police, he doesn't have time for continuous follow up and various bar association form cartel and u will not get help against renowned lawyers.ur contract will also be drafted by lawyer,why they will keep conditions against themselves This video is classic representation of half baked understanding, only to gain views from victims and promote oneself
