"Releasing the restraint device. Using the released power may result in possibility of destruction of the ship. Was I helpful for you..?" "I am truly grateful to you."
I like to listen to this song after work. I started off casually in Ideal. But then I started having to prove myself by working a lot faster and better in Trial. Then I had to keep the Faith, because I started having much more work to do and it was all a lot harder. But now Reality has kicked in, where I've mastered all the previous tasks, can multitask and handle seemingly insurmountable amounts of work, and have achieved a deeper understanding of my job: becoming a manager of the bakery, a force to be reckoned with. I don't know what Metempsychosis will be like yet.
"Releasing restraint device. Removal of the thermal fuse will cause overheat and possible destruction of the oven. Was I helpful for you? I am deeply grateful to you."
Uno de los mejores videojuegos de todos los tiempos y una de las bandas sonoras más majestuosas jamás creadas. Emocionante y vibrante. Ya no se hacen videojuegos así. Ikaruga es uno de los videojuegos que han marcado mi vida.
They're mainly focused on doing ports right now, which isn't all that bad since they are bringing older games so that they can be enjoyed by the newer generation. Might change that "they" though, since it seems like the only person working right now at Treasure is the founder, quite sad.
@@thuneder I think that's normal for videogames. People don't work at the same company for decades there usually. Kind of sucks, but the same talented people hopefully moved on to create more games, even if it's a different genre.
The story of me discovering this game is roughly this: First I watched the video of the hardest boss ever, which was about Mushihimesama, but I didn't know the name back then. A while later I found an osu! beatmap with Ikaruga music. Since they are both hard shmups, I just assumed they are the same. So I then knew Ikaruga and I played it on Dolphin (and I obviously sucked at it). And eventually I somehow found out about Mushihimesama, too. Fortunately, both of them found their way onto Steam eventually.
-1 for all except 0 & if in brackets keep same . Dear all.for me in the future, there has to be a version out there that is reading this thinking "What if I am connected to the other people on more than a social level" you will realise this, if you want too that there is a connection. The possibility of it is there. which means at one point it will happen. Keep fightning the good fight. I love you brother .+55 8990 4796(9)2
does anyone know if the concept of the colors (damage/absorption) was present in any previous game? the first time I saw this game I was really mesmerized by it. This game is only for special people and I am not one of them lol :([ Edit: I like stage 4 a lot
While Treasure experimented with it in the past, they definitely mastered it with Ikaruga, and thematically tying the concept in with Taoism and reincarnation makes it probably the most effective marriage of narrative premise and game mechanics in video game history. There are probably other precursors to the concept. For instance in puzzle games like Puyo Puyo the "attack" of falling blocks can be turned into an offensive against your opponent if you order them by colors. Although, obviously, that's a more abstract connection than I think you're looking for.
very good soundtrack but I need you to find something that I want to listen to And I remember years ago that I saw an image of Sonic running with a rainbow and well when I underlined the title of this and then I put it in another Google tab and well it came up With an image of a guy skating or skiing across a rainbow listening to beautiful but electronic music, could you find it for me? What is its name?
