Jan-Olof has a degree in Wood science and technology and joined IKEA in 2003 as a working student, taking on the role of Project Manager VOC emissions only three years later. Today he is Category Area Material and Technique Engineer with a focus on wood-based board material.
Michael holds a degree in wood science and technology and has a total of more than 26 years of professional experience in the woodworking industry. He started at IKEA in 2010 and is now Creative Leader Material and is very well connected in the wood processing industry.
