These high-quality grilling tools feature a full tang, meaning the head and handle are made of a single piece of metal. The tools are made of a premium heavy-duty stainless steel. You can tell by the weight of each piece when you hold them in your hand that these were meant to withstand the test of time and handle even the thickest and heaviest pieces of meat. The handles of each piece are triple riveted and have amazing stability. They do not shrink or swell when exposed to high temperatures and they have a high mechanical strength making them difficult to break. They also allow each piece to fit comfortably in your hand. The silicone bristles are easier to clean than other materials and don’t absorb odors, making them ideal for applying sauces and marinades. With it’s long handle, it is easy to make sure that all of your meat gets evenly coated. Finally, I found the set to be very easy to clean and dishwasher safe, making cleanup a breeze.
