This game was an unexpected gem for me, and being a big terminator fan. There is just something special about this. It has a lot of fan service. #terminator #terminatorgaming #terminatorresistance
The atmosphere is spot on, the music is incredible. Some polish and attention to visual detail and this would have been perfect. Nice gameplay. I think the haters just have bad taste.
The only bad thing j seen about the game when playing through it, is that it's to much on rails there really is much for exploring, if they made it a more open world game then would of been perfect
When I first played this I was shit scared because at the start you have obsolete weaponry against the terminators. M4 assault rifles, Uzis don't even scratch the Endoskeltons. Then when the story got further down the line and you meet the resistance that's when I stopped playing stealthy unless I was on my own in a well guarded area. This game was the best terminator future war ever.
Has to be the best Terminator game I ever play. I cant wait to see what they do with the Robocop game they are currently working on. Teaser trailer looks like it has the same attention to detail of the original film just like this game.
The game was great. The only thing I didn't like was it was a single playthrough game once you beat the game it doesn't let you restart with any bonus features like you get to keep your level and gear and such. It's basically just a repeat of beating the game. I had the same feeling when playing mad max it's like once you are done with everything there's like nothing left to do. Also I thought the hardest difficulty could have been a bit harder it was hard but not as hard as I would have liked it. And on the final level when you meet Connor you couldn't use the store just one last time. On my first playthrough I had a bunch of trade currency saved up and couldn't even use it at the end that seemed kind of stupid like throughout the whole game it had a store function but at the end couldn't use it. Besides that the game was a real masterpiece I have to say it was one of the best games I have played in a while.
It took me a while to play it because of the so called negative reviews. And yes some of the points made were valid. Overall though, it was really excellent and I was disappointed that it ended that quickly. The DLC kind of made up for it but it made me want more to be honest. One thing I really liked were the large pitched battles more than the solo missions. I liked it and wish there were more. I'll just have to be content and wait for Tech-com 2029 to drop.
Absolutely GREAT idea on the Squad mod for this game. How does one petition for such a thing? Also, perhaps silly question but, I will assume as you up the difficulty level the Terminators actually begin to see you properly instead of acting literally myopic to your presence?? I mean, they ARE supposed to possess superior technological advantages such as IR vision? Motion detection? Yes/No?
I'm kind of hoping for a DLC where you can play as a fully functioning Terminator or maybe just a game with a versus feature kind of like Star Wars Battlefront type games, this game is awesome but I'm hoping we eventually get something more large scale and replayable as far as armies and fighting. Maybe different Battlegrounds and different settings, add in a couple pre Judgment Day areas just for fun? An extended Arsenal and different classes.
I do believe there is a dlc where you play as an infiltrator. It's even faintly modeled after the actor Franco Columbo who played the infiltrator in Kyle's flashback in T1. It's pretty good
