I cannot fathom being somewhere that long and still considder somewhere else yout home. I've moved out of my home town at 19, whenever I went back visiting friends & family, it increasingly dawned on me over the years it was no longer my home. Streets got redone, flats erected, old dilapitated buildings torn down(including the home i was born &raised in)...took about 8 years before I felt like a total stranger. Imagine having left Britain in the 70s, and returning now, would one really still feel at home? I'd reckon it would feel utterly alien & dystopic

I would add compulsory Christian prayers in schools. When this was the case in Australia we only got people from Christian countries. Immigrants over a certain age do require private health insurance in Australia. Though I wouldn't recommend our current system either.
