@@jakegyllenrat4443 it should be the imperator somnium, one of the two emperor's flagships, the imperator somnium is described to be the size of a orbital plate (a flying small nation or city) or, in a more recent lore, the size of a continent like oceania or e even africa, after the horus heresy, the imperator somnium is missing, no one knows where it is, some guesses it is still in the small private custodes fleet, waiting to be deployed, or directly on Terra making a part of the imperial palace itself, waiting for the return of the emperor, maybe it's lost to the warp, or even destroyed, no one knows, still, this wasn't the emperor's favorite ship, that was the Buchephalus, which was the shape of a battlebarge, but with 54-60 kms long, he prefered this ship because it was smaller than the imperator, it didn't destroy a planet's gravity just by flying around that planet and more, the imperator also is described as being made out of gold, marble and more, the ship could even challenge the Phalanx, though the flying moon would win in the end as it was said in another book comparing the phalanx to the imperator somnium and battlefleet solar. Also, unlike any ship, the imperator is completely automated, and can be crewed by a dozen custodes alone, kind of hilarious to be honest, a flying continent capable of one shot planets (well... That isn't said, but in the end it's 40k and it's the emperor's flagship) being guided by twenty men and the rest being security crew, but that what it is said

@@jakegyllenrat4443 it was the Emperor's personal flagship. And "clunky" isn't the right word. It was one of the greatest marvels of engineering and machinery to ever exist in all of the Imperium at the time. It was during the Golden Age of the Imperium of Man, its the only one of its existance as those that can recreate it, the methods to do so, and the fact that the blueprints required to remake this is lost to time. Just like many of the Imperiums machines and ships. The thing supposedly can take an entire fleet, but it was destroyed due to tons of torpedoes while defending Terra. Which was unfortunate.

@@valostheroman so the Legends were true... the Big E has an Ancient Flagship since the Great Crusade I thought his flagship was a Gloriana class and the imperator somnium was a made up crap

I mean this is the Big E's flagship so I'd probably say it's the size of an Eldar craftworld,the basic eldar craftworld is said to be roughly as big as a small planet.

@@TravelerZ24 Or maybe just make the imperium remember it's long forgotten technology by giving them Astral blue prints. He'd probably then give them blueprints for his new personal ship idea. This ship would probably be able to fit all eldar craft worlds into its hangar Bay and then the phalanx on top of that. *Guilliman would probably want a ship that big to and seeing nothing wrong with it the emperor would allow it.He would then go on a "crusade" and "conveniently" end up near were Yvraine is staying.*

@@avonthesageoc4980 I don’t think this is his actual flagship as theres a chaos equivalent however in the lore there was a subclass among the Glorianas (the same as macgragge) that was a bit bigger iirc but the emperors personal ship has been hiding for a while

@@Space-Battles-2020 ah so thats basically a very old ship made with a mod. Good to know. Still though that thing looks kinda derpy. Its void shield animation was off too, didn't even cover the engines.

@@megazetabetaful The Imperator Somnium is the Big E's Flagship. We actually dont what it looks like But the mod creator instead merge other ships like macragge's honour into one big ship. Its still a mod afterall still has bugs and glitches but still a cool ass ship.
