A instructor told me take a deep breath then SLOWLY, blow it out like you’re blowing bubbles…slowly. As a kid we used to swim underwater and thought you hold your breath for as long as you can then come up for more air but that’s is not the case.

That's excellent advice from your instructor! Slowly exhaling underwater, like blowing bubbles, is key to effective and comfortable breathing while swimming. Many people, especially those who learned to swim as kids, think they need to hold their breath underwater. However, this can create tension and make it harder to get a good breath when you need it. Keep practicing and you’ll see continuous improvement!

It's great that you can float already-that's a solid foundation for improving your freestyle. Try to stay relaxed and let the water support your body. Keep your head down, looking at the bottom of the pool, and maintain a straight line from head to toe. Your hips and legs should be near the surface. Use a steady and relaxed flutter kick. Your kick should come from your hips with a slight bend in the knees, and your feet should just break the surface of the water. Keep practicing these tips, and you'll build endurance and improve your breathing technique over time. Don't rush, and remember that consistency is key. You've got this!

I never feel tired while swimming. I swim freely for 1 hour without stopping. Is it good or bad?

That's impressive! You have great stamina and comfort in the water. It's generally a good sign, as it indicates you're maintaining a steady pace and breathing well. Make sure to stay hydrated, and consider mixing up your routine with different strokes or speeds to keep challenging your body and improving your skills. Keep up the great work and happy swimming!

I am a beginner. When i tilt my head right to take breath then water goes in my left ear so i just panic and stand at that point. Please tell me what to do?

Water entering in your ear is normal. You can use earbuds to prevent it but I think getting used to the feeling is better in the long term.

Do you have longer video on this because I find that when I’m in deep water it seems to put more pressure on my diaphragm and I get fatigued quickly. Most times when I’m in deep water(6ft is deep to me) I swim underwater because I’m afraid of taking in water swimming on top. What can I do?

You should watch this video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Gq2asyrI0MI.html I suggest you to NOT swim underwater as it puts pressure on your lungs. Try to swim on top while breathing frequently.
