The answer to your question is... Because sphere is working 360 degree so if we deduct it for sphere it means it has been deducted for all the meridians, Hope Sir khurram will not mind my answer to the quiry and hope sir khurram will correct me if i am wrong in my concept regarding the question ❤❤

Tonus allounce is the dioptric value of that drug which we used as cycloplegic drugs..and that dioptric value will be deducted from the neutral points.

As we deduct 0.50 in case of cyclopen , so that value is tonus allounce of the cyclopen.
