​@@xxx035aapko 85% of max weight se 8 rep krne hote h after warmup sets . Warmup me mai khali rod se 30 rep aur 10kg se 20 rep krta tha fir bas aesa weight chunta tha jisse 8 rep nikal jaye aur usi se 5 set lgata tha

@@harshpanghal5233😂😂 if you can do 8rep x5 set of 85% then your 1rm is much higher than you think. Because after 3 sets your muscles are bound to get sore because high rep range in almost nearing top set

Pehle starting m 1 rep max pta krna h . Lgaake pta chal jayga ki 1 rep max kitna aa rha h. Fir 4 weeks ye traning chlegi 5*5 vali.. 4 weeks baad fir jo last one rep max tha. Usse jayada capacity ho jayegi. Ye smjhaya h

Start doing push ups with good form. Increase no of counts with time. You can reach your chest failure two theee times every week
