thank you friend for watching my videos!❤️ I train Monday Wednesday Friday and Sunday! I do 4 sets of 12-20 repetitions. I rest 1-2 minutes between sets and 5 minutes between exercises.

when is the best time to train: friend, it doesn't matter. The main thing is that you feel comfortable doing it. and you managed to do all the exercises. Oh, and don't forget to eat well because good nutrition is more important than training. I train Monday Wednesday Friday and Sunday. 🙏🙏
