Id say Push Ups Dips Pull Ups Australian Pull Up Squat Hollow Body Hold are supreme for all round strenght and every 1 of rhese has easier and harder variations
The Hindu push-ups- in my school they are known as push through. According to you which is tougher - Hindu push-ups or normal push-ups, which are often referred to as dips?
I can agree except the hindu push-ups (also called bomber dive push-ups). These are very demanding to lower back and core muscles and also require a near-perfect technique. Thus it's easy to get a lower back injury. Remember, majority of people nowadays spend too much time sitting and have weakened lower back and core. It's better to practice other exercises to strengthen the core and lower back before doing those. Basic push-ups are way more injury-free even with a sloppy technique.
