Coach Tyler here from WarriorMade and today I’m gonna show you how you can go from huffing and puffing when trying to go up the stairs to being able to run up them with ease. And this isn’t just for people who are younger and more fit. In fact one of our long time members at Warrior Made is a woman named Jeanne. When Jeanne first started working with us, she literally couldn’t walk without the use of her canes. But then after using our workout program that contains many of the same exercises you’ll learn today she was able to run up her flight of stairs with no cane!
Its truly amazing that anyone, of any age can regain the strength needed to make going up the stairs easier. And that’s exactly what we’re gonna focus on today the 5 best exercises for going up stairs!
