Stirling Moss I think it had a suspension problem, the tire was dragging on the bodywork.

I was there. I am sooo angry. But for that suspension issues, 912 would have won. It had the momentum during practice, qualifying and the race. Was steadily pulling away from field during race. I remember thinking Porsche got this. Then it happened. Man, what a let down. But good news is it looks like 911 RSR and the Porsche crew is on the move. 2017 kinks worked out.

I wouldn’t say anything if the 66 ford gt didn’t get punted and have the defuser damaged it’d probably been ford in the lead
