brillopad6901 That it was, entertainment was more alive back then that year. This show premiered just 5 days after I was born. This first aired April 15th, 1990 & i was born April 10th, 1990. Although I was a newborn, life was better back then. I miss back then so much.
Rheilly Williams 2 months old? That's awesome to hear Rheilly. Small World huh? They're legends now. RIP to Heavy D. So much time has passed. Everything good has died out now. That was a more happier time than now, before social media & good people were still alive.
Sunday night very early 1990s fox line up kicked ass. The Simpsons at 7, Cops at 7:30, In living color at 8, and Married with Children at 9. Enough said!!
I grew up watching this, but I see comments saying they came here after hearing finesse. Thank you Bruno n Cardi leading the young ones to this golden show
IMO In Living Color is one of the best Sketch comedy shows of not only the 90s but still today, though I liked the earlier seasons and cast members far better than the late ones, I never really was a Saturday Night Live fan so In living Color was my show. I loved how this series strove to produce comedy with a strong emphasis on modern black subject matter. It also helped launch the careers of previously unknown actor/comedians who would elevate to A-B list stars such as Jim Carrey, oscar winner Jamie Foxx, Damon Wayans, David Alan Grier, Tommy Davidson, grammy winner Jennifer Lopez. The series won the Emmy for Outstanding Variety, Music or Comedy Series in 1990. My fav characters from In Living Color is Fire Marshal Bill Burns, Homey D. Clown, and Carl "The Tooth" Williams they were absolutely hilarious.
To all everyone who inevitably comes here from the Bruno mars video please watch this show ; the 1990s in a lot of ways saw so much more diversity in our television and I know we can get it back there! Creatives get inspired and bring ideas that shake this status quo of false diversity in Hollywood
Takes me back to the days, living in Chicago as a kid and watching this show with my older brother. Great group of comedians, writing was point as was the acting. Definitely one of my favorite classic shows!
I used to watch this show back then even though i wasnt old enough to watch it haha i watched this show and a kids sketch show call All That back then. All That was like a mini version of In Living Color.
Love In Living Color, that and Mad TV 2 amazing sketch shows that introduced tons of stars to hollywood and the TV world. Saturday night live isn't bad either, especially the early years.
BuRgLaR187 To tell you the truth, I'd rather feel old and had grown up in the 1980s and 1990s than to be a teen or young person growing up in this current decade.
MICHAEL JACKSON WAS TOO GOOD FOR THIS WORLD. Omg i feel the same way... i rather be 50 today and have grown in the best eras then be a teen now, but unfortunately i am. I’m 19😩
Mia Mia Girl This is the theme song not an episode of the show if you look up an episode it has way more views & comments BEFORE Bruno you’re not even from the states so you wouldn’t know much about this!
1) keenen ivory pose is different from the two seasons. 2) kim coles in the first season. 3)shawn wayans is the all 3 or 4 seasons but 2 seasons as dj and third and fourth as an cast member.
