I made this gorgeous decadent cheesecake yesterday and oh my goodness it is so rich, the recipe was so easy to follow, I know why you only used to sell it in small slices! I misread the amount of Almond Extract and put in a full teaspoon, so before baking I added another 2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract and I know it saved it! ❤️💋 I will definitely be making it again!
There are a few cooking channels that I follow and they're generally those that recap the recipe in the description. I'm currently making this and it's play, pause, back up, play, back up, play, pause, play, back up.... Suffice to say this is not my go-to channel. lol. Also, when she melts the chocolate for the cheesecake, she emphasizes that it's important to let it cool - completely. Unless she's adding something that she's not mentioning, letting it cool completely will render it firm again.
