On the contrary, I find it a bit hard to relate to his online personality as it is apparent he has a strong creative media team producing very well-polished and edited videos for him at a level beyond what most ordinary online users can create. Does Dr Soon really think he came up with all these content ideas and video techniques by himself? It's good that he tries to make an effort to engage viewers online, but it's a bit of a stretch to say that it gives us a "deeper look" at who he is.
