I recently found your channel. You offer a variety of exercises for everyone and everything specific to our bones. I’ve learned I have osteoporosis, trying to strength my bones. This particular video speaks to me because I have essential tremors. Hopefully, this routine will help. Thank you!

I do not. But I will add it to the list of videos to make. I tend to load with isometrics first for this to help make the tendon more tolerant to tension.
