I think it's a pretty neat mechanic that making a legendary item doesn't consume the plan. good on them

It depends how you code. If you have 20 years of legacy spaghetti code is nearly impossible to fix properly some bugs. But for those really quick fixes I suppose that the code is well written well planned, the module decoupled. For example the approximately 7000 catch bug is a memory issue I suppose, and is not always easy to fix without making big changes if you are not planning well. Let see how the development continues and hopefully this team will create even more interesting games in future.

@@MrJanlu1989 20 year old spaghetti code means they just copy paste from old games. I would think they could have redone it at some point in the last 2 decades

@@hyperjank5129 you think? Even FIFA (EA) time to time rewrite they engine. And when they do it they ha a blast sales. Think why some pc games with decent graphics can run on Nintendo but they cant improve much about their game mechanics in 2 decades. .. Anyway I was just saying that for those other old games (like Pokemon) we can't judge the development department, like the head of SW development, is just the choice of the company and product management how to use their resources. If they are not willing to don't publish for a couple of years, to try to innovate their genre, someone else will. Their brand is halfway to copyright end..

​@@MrJanlu1989 It's most likely not spaghetti code, but a development pipeline & coding system they use that's 20yrs old. From some of the things I've heard, the way the company operates despite having turned over most their staff to ppl with the most up-to-date education, they still expect them to code like it's 95. It's more or less them running windows 95 when they could be on at least windows 10 & are running it on the hardware of 10k modern gaming PC.

On fire, poisoned, shocked, and frozen all increase catch rate; as do hitting a pal in the back, and hitting a pal while it is unaware of you (not in combat). Having a basic fire bow and poison bow and some of each arrow, and a stun baton, can really help up the catch rate if you quickly cycle through them and apply the different status. Though on fire and poisoned both deal damage, and frozen requires ice damage which really only comes from pal moves, so may kill the pal before you can catch it.

@@LadyTsunade777 I actually didn't realize the others gave bonuses too (haven't used ice pals for combat), but fire and poison's benefits felt negligible, especially considering the risk of killing the pal as you've stated.

I've noticed there are quite a few areas with holes and unfinished terrain in the game. The place I built my ore base has a floating rock at it. It's a really big map, though.

Xbox S? yeah it's the console not the game. I had the Xbox S and had all those issues then upgraded to Xbox X and they all went away. The Xbox S is very outdated and old machine now and the companies have moved on to focus on the new gen consoles. Check out the spec differences between the Xbox S and Xbox X for video games. Palworld runs a lot smoother on Xbox X. It's time you think of upgrading. Or do you plan to keep complaining about the issues and have the devs waste time over and over to try and make the game compatible with an old fossil?

​@@awsomehunter1539how many dungeons have you been in? I'm also on series X and it crashes almost everytime. The desert town area of the maps ground also doesn't load properly and you fall through it until you reload a couple times.
