You guys are just "Incredible"!! This cottage would be the one for me for sure! Hey Amanda, what about decorating it like a live-in Artist-Studio?? Then I would be mine for sure!! Lol!!
This is the third time I have seen one of the dogs that roam around that factory peeing on something that is suppose to be new and will be sold to a customer.. The thought of getting a house from them that smells like dog pee, it could be handed to me free and I would not want it. Who edits these? Why would they keep that in the videos? Do they think it is cute or something? smh
@@annesmith5192I can see their point. I wish that they put the kitchen on an end...either at the door or on the wall where the bedroom door is on the other side of the bedroom closet and washer/dryer. It would make for a better livingroom set up.
Love ❤️ The Cottage ! I can see 2 old style wood rocking chairs on the front porch with a little table and a BIG pitcher of ice ice tea ! I can’t wait to see it decorated. Amanda will do such a great job. ❤
One thing I've taken away from the years of watching you unveil tiny after tiny - is that you're flexible & willing to do new things! You also seem to listen to your customers' wants & needs & do your best to make it happen! You've been at the top of my list for a company that'll build my tiny one day - the Creator willing! 🥰
My Grandma 👵 was like you, Randy! Back in the day, on her peddle sewing machine; she made me a dress just like the 2" Sears & Robuck Catelog picture 📸. You've done the same for me, produced my next home; the INCRED-i-COTTAGE 🥳
Yes! There's room for a TV on the wall in there! Put a sofa bed, or day bed, up against the bay window, a dresser in the closet below the hanging clothes rod, and a chair next to the closet facing the sofa & bay window. Parlor room❣️
The one problem with the Incred-i-cottage is that there's really no room for a living room. You really need an add-a-cottage or maybe an Add- i-box so you have any sort of living room/area.
I've heard them say you could put a TV on the wall where the electric panel is. You could only fit a recliner or other comfy chair across from the TV. If you put a couch on the long side, you'd be looking at the kitchen. Not my preference. I don't know for sure, would 2 feet wider make a difference?
@@pattyolson3842 - I like the suggestion of adding a bay window to the living room side, padded for seating, the TV on a swivel mount to the W/D wall, and a chair in the front corner.
I love this little cottage I would like to have the $34,900. But right now I am battling breast cancer, and my mother just passed on Sunday night. I would like to go through Lucas with his code, And I would like to send the things that you need to go with my application as soon as things settle down. I hope you can wait.❤ to all at incredible tiny homes.🙏🏼💕
@peggybender3282 Oh honey, I am so sorry for your loss of beautiful Mom. Go easy on yourself. I’ll say a prayer that one day you’ll be a tiny home owner. Hugs❣️🌺
Hey guys, I love y'all, but damn I wouldn't be posting or saying the dog is peeing on the insulation. Now I'm thinking, "who is going to get the pissy insulation in their house?" Come on guys Also, in your video just 3 weeks ago the "bay window" was advertised for $2500.00. I also thought a bay window was windows on all sides? This looks like a picture window extended out
I am absolutely in love with this floor plan. This is the most perfect one yet that you have built. I am a fan and I follow you. I’ll be buying one in the next few years when I move to GA. I live in a 399 sq ft. big tiny home. My mom lives with me. My hope is that you’ll continue to have a model like this in the next 6 years❤️❤️❤️
I think the porch needs to be enclosed. Make it charming with “Rick rack” corbels or something else that’s architecturally pleasing. I think it’s necessary for comfortable living, so please consider enclosing the porch. It really needs to become a 3 season style room, otherwise the person who ends up living in this adorable little cottage will mostly be living in their bedroom. I can’t wait to see it decorated! Amanda’s got the touch !!!
It would be great if ITH would please respond to the many comments left when they reviewed this model 7-days ago in the video: “Tiny Home Cottage Starting at $29,900! Incredible Deal!”. There were a LOT of comments about design issues and suggestions from your potential customers about this model.
@@tammierandall864 - It wouldn't work if potentially thousands of people with questions were to inundate the ITH offices with phone calls on the daily. Even if Randy and Amanda are too busy ITH social media could use someone with the company to answer questions on their comment sections.
I was imagining having a kitchen table and chairs. I live in the kitchen. 🥰The bedroom would be a combined bedroom and livingroom with a sofabed. This is such a nice little house. 🤩
I love the roofline of the cottage. Its such a cute home. I love it! I love the porch. I just would like to know is it possible to offer a slightly larger home same layout use a 28ft trailer add 4 feet to the kitchen area to give it an actual living room Keep everything else the same. So walk in from porch into kitchen then 4ft. Of living room then bedroom bathroom as it is. With metal roof option. Or would that mess up production line? ❤ or could you move the kitchen to the front in L shape put refrigerator to make the L on the side where kitchen is now keep sink and window size where currently door is. move door to the left side. Then.. you have seemingly more space to put a small sofa and tv where the kitchen is now across from each other. Keep porch cuz owner could/ 0:04 can add a side porch w/ stairs to make a wrap around porch where door is on side.. Keep bedroom, bathroom, washer dryer the same.
I was thinking the same thing because I don’t prefer the living room in the kitchen setup. However, I love the look of the Cottage. 28 feet would be perfect for me.
BEAUTIFUL...the house. And glad to see this vid...haven't seen you two for a long time and you are as fun to watch as ever. Nice to see you still so excited about your creations, Randy and your dialogues and humor and lighthearted way of both of you in these is just so uplifting. Amanda you do look awesome and there's a different kind of peace about you and confidence that is there ...that was there before but there is more of that now and it seems more relaxed and more you. so whatever you did ...made you even more beautiful. Thanks to you both for the vid and the house and the humor and it's been good to see you again. Will see you more when i can make the time....
I would have a built in U-shape dinette that would take up that whole side across from the kitchen. That way you have a nice big seating area that also serves as an eating, working, game space and have it convert to a guest bed by pushing the table down with storage underneath the benches.
The cottage is growing on me but I saw what Master Builder has done with the LuAnne. Can't wait to hear more about it. I would love to see ITH offer 3 different finished homes for their models. Basic, Deluxe and Elite-(or Mack daddy).
@@streetsmartintelligent this would be better for me with an add-i- cottage but not crazy about them side by side. The living area off the kitchen is too small for my liking.
@@IFUJUSTSMILE2 Just a thought - use the front space in house A for a dining area, and the back as living room, with the windows of your choice. You could skip the bathroom there, and put it into house B with the bedroom, plus storage, hobby room/office, or whatever you like.
@@streetsmartintelligent I'm getting excited about seeing the LuAnne; it's the in-progress green one you can see at 2:05. Looks like it's close to getting finished.
Looks like a little storybook cottage. The only thing I would change is to move the bathroom window to be centered to the right over the toilet. Then there would be space for a mirror/medicine cabinet over the sink. As to window boxes on the outside, I have a black thumb so those would not be necessary, lol.
I would furnish this house with a small loveseat, a very small something that I could set a drink on (might have to be a plant stand), TV mounted on the wall, a double bed and I would find me a small/tiny chest of drawers and that would be it.
@@streetsmartintelligent Some people would use that end wall for the head of the bed, and many don't care about a lot of light in a bedroom. For them, it's better to be able to choose where - or whether - they want a second one. An ordinary window is certainly an easy thing to install after the fact, or perhaps it can be ordered as an extra.
A gigantic window in a bedroom? I think I'd rather have more wall space. I have a large window in my bedroom now and I feel exposed. Anyone walking or driving by can see right inside so I have to keep the blinds drawn all the time. I wish I could leave it open so I could look out because then the place would feel larger. But I can't in this location Smaller windows up higher, like neck level let in light without stealing privacy
@@recoveringsoul755 As a retired interior designer, may I suggest blinds that pull up from the bottom? That way you have privacy when walking around or sleeping, but can see out at whatever level feels comfortable for you.
Can't wait to move in! I would much prefer the toilet turned, or catty-corner if you'd rather do it that way. As it is would be rough for taller folks. Thanks for the update!
She’s a beautiful lady randy if I could have had a sister I would have had amanda ,this tiny home is the best yet ,it reminds me of the old home stead’s we had in Australia many yrs ago grand parents sitting on the verandah watching the sun go down it brings so many memories back of yrs gone by👍 my god randy your designs are getting better and better ❤❤❤💖💖💖🎊🎊🎊💥💥💥💥🌟🌟🌟😱🥰😍
Amanda, when you get one for your house; add a bay window in the kitchen too. It would be great for seating. I know that'll make it an extra wide load when it's traveling but it'll only do that once and it would be so cool to have that in the kitchen.
I think if I owned that I would make the front a kitchen/dining area with some extra storage and make the back room the bedroom/living room with a sleeper sofa and a dresser with the tv mounted above. A lot of us are not good at the whole minimalistic thing and need more storage.
Is the roof better attached and sealed to these new panels than my Incred-I-Box is? I wonder if there would be leaks at the peak in the living room and where that roof line meets in the doorway into the bedroom closet and washer dryer closet?
I'm saving for the day I can get an Incred-i-cottage and an Add-i-cottage. I'd make that back room into my office and the Add-i-cottage would be a 50/50 split between living room and bedroom. Yup. That would be about perfect for me.
💙💙Great layout Randy! Love, love, having the bathroom away from being in front of the kitchen. I would want a dormer above the Bedroom to have a low ceiling and Upper Loft. Upper used as a sitting room or office, lower used as the bedroom. Looking forward to seeing your decorations Amanda!
Love the cottage...would really love to see what the Original floor plan will look like before choosing which home i like best...Also , the two houses that you walked pass, one has beautiful shaker shingles on the side with board and batten, would love to see and know about that one also...thank you much 😊
That bay window would look better in the living room, cause your awake and looking out all day long, and more lighting,, but love the cottage with out it too
Wow, I wish I could have one of these. Perfect for someone my age, 1st floor bedroom andd that porch is darling!! I'm dreaming of an Incredi-cottage.....
EVERYBODY - What are your personal favorite TOP 3 Models? My #3 is the AUGUSTA (with dormers) because it has the Laundry/Pantry Room. #2 is the LUANN because I love the multi-use hallway outside of the bathroom. #1 Is the INCREDI-COTTAGE because its small cute and is simply a great design with storage and washer closet. And, I like that the roof is interesting. My honorable mention is the WOODY because it has the excellent storage core area. These last 2 designs (Cottage and Woody) are simply a great culmination of the layout experience of ITH. I cannot wait for future models. Thank you for building the test models asap and letting us see them. You guys are responding to change and additions rapidly. Wow!
Wow your homes are fantastic, I'm watching from the UK . You and Amanda are hilarious. If I lived in the US, I would certainly live in one of your homes . But which to pick ,now that would be so hard I love them all x
Love this. It really looks like a small house. The porch is so nice. Could always add on to porch, like a deck against it, to enlarge it. The toilet a tad tight, but hey, it’s a tiny house. Has a small closet for clothes like a suit jacket that gets hung nicely. So to keep, prices down as much as possible, he has to make small concessions. I like this as I’d just have that bedroom as Living room, sleep on couch. And dining, seating in kitchen. Bay window is so nice, really opens it up. Even just a large window there would be great.
Love the incredi cottage, my new favorite. Amanda you look amazing, I would love to know how are you doing . Can't wait to see it finished and decorated. Have a great day. Great job everyone, keep up the great work 😊
Raaaandy!!! A true bay window has glass on all sides. It's a bay window when you can look out all around from inside. It's more like an extended window. Hello gorgeous Ace! Love & kisses for that boy! Love you guys. 😘💕
I'd like to see the first 8' x 8' as the living room, the back 8' x 8' as a bedroom, and the kitchen & bathroom in the middle of the house (across from eachother like in the RJO). In the current configuration it would be challenging to have a recliner & t.v. in the living space.
I wouldn't want the bay window in the bedroom because if you put your bed on that wall it would be visible from the outside. That wall does need a window, like the one on the other wall, because otherwise it's too dark in that room. It should include 2 regular windows and the bay should be extra.
