Recipe for: An incredibly easy and delicious recipe! Pork chops in casserole. You will charm your guests!
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
Pork neck steaks - 700 g.
Potatoes - 800 g.
Roasted red peppers - 6 pcs.
Onion - 1 head.
Garlic - 3 cloves.
Salt.
Pepper.
Paprika.
Savory
Oil.
White wine - 50 ml.
Water - 200 ml.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Cut the potatoes into chunks, the onion into wedges, the garlic into thin slices and the roasted peppers into chunks.
Place the steaks in a large bowl. Season them with salt, black pepper, red pepper and oil. Stir to taste well.
In a well-heated pan, pour a little oil and seal the chutneys on both sides until golden.
Pour the potatoes into the bottom of the casserole. Add half of the chopped onion, garlic and roasted peppers. Season with salt, black pepper, red pepper, savory and oil. Stir to combine everything well. Arrange the pork chops on top. Arrange the remaining onion slices on top of them. Add the wine and water. Add some fat. Put the lid on the casserole and put it in the oven.
Bake in an unheated oven at 180 degrees, without a fan, for about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
