hi! im debating between trying this rice jelly or fermented rice water. the jelly looks more fun lol, but does cooking it rly get rid of the properties that r good for hair?

How did it turn out?

wash your body with the hot water so that the steam will open your hair cuticles and then wash your hair with cold/lukewarm water. i think that should work....

Hair textures can change at your age.

My hair became super long and straight after always having crazy curls.. than my hair started to break..... Since over a year now without pause and had to chop it off like 25cm.... It is now so freaking curly and voluminous, more than ever, and it slowly stopped breaking.... Now its growing again, but stays curly... Treat it with kindness, sometimes just leave it alone and don't over- care, protective hairstyles, hydrate it (from inside and out ), don't touch it often (bc frizz ), wash not so often, oil only with water, not to dry hair!, leave in conditioner!, don't wear your hair up often.. leave it hanging naturally, with head band or so, if it's annoying, and now I use "Alpecin Coffein Shampoo".. love it, AND USE AFFIRMATIONS, HAVE THE ASSUMPTION, that your hair NOW is growing better, longer, stronger and curlier than ever and if your reality isn't showing this, than be delusional and still stay in your assumption until you see results.. but don't wait for it everyday.. believe that it is DONE! The HOW is not your business. Maybe visualize people saying to you "woah your hair grew so fast and is freaking curly again.. how?? i love it!" 😅 Worked for me ❤ no need for any products, if you can use your subconscious mind.

My parents don't let me cut my hair because they love my hair long and never let scissors come near it so I do it in secret sometimes :( affirmations sounds great I do those kinds of manifestations on a daily for different reasons but never thought about it with my hair I will definitely try that tysm

so it all depends on your hair type and texture! Since my hair is super coarse and thick, I like the weight it gives my hair. If you have finer hair, I would still recommend it, but put it into damp hair, let it sit for 10 minutes, and then wash it out!! I hope that helps 🩷

@@kaaviya Loved your video! But when it comes to olaplex no 3, the instructions are very clear from them, leave it while the hair is wet for about 30 min-1 hour and rinse or wash it out. In the future, if you use it like this it may cause split ends, or protein overload and it might break off. If you want something from olaplex to leave it in, try olaplex no 6, it is a cream leave in, i loved it, but because my hair is fine, i turned to olaplex 7 because it is like a serum and also has some heat protection.
