@@harishtaneja4521 yes ☺ or han mand strictly yehi diet nhi thi follow ki like weekends par i use to have keto cake or some other deserts! Trust me it helps. Like 3 din jaisa ma'am na bataya ha vasa karo fr 4 th day app ki body ki smell change hogyi like onion jaisi and apko urine ki quantity jada ho jayegi yeah kuch indication agar hui toh samaj jana apki body ketosis ma ha or fr next day sa apka weight loss hona start ho jayega and es ke sath Excercise ki jarurat nhi ha 😄kuch or puchna ho toh puch lena

@@darshanasharma7781 I consumed dla soup but only once a week and listen the body doesn't go out of ketosis don't worry! It's only sayings it's just that have some coconut flour or handful almonds and it will be good to go! Relax and give it a try ☺👍

Hi I’ve tried this diet for 2 and a half weeks and I’ve lost weight visibly (I don’t believe in checking the scale but roughly seems like 3-4 kgs). I hardly worked out 4 times in this duration but stuck to the diet. It was not hard at all to consume lesser calories per week, and cannot wait to try the full 4 week program next time. I’ve done a lot of research on Veg keto diets and I must say this is the best veg Indian keto diet I’ve found. Good luck to everyone trying it.

Dude orange is juicy and starchy. It will imediately kick up out of ketosis. Also, legumes contain starchy carbs too. Pl check from multiple sources before uploading anything informational.

Hi Ishu , Thanks fpr you kin words , Infact only the dishes with zero carb can be ketgenic . so most food mentioned in the video are not keto . as mentioned in the beginning of t he video , we have modified it to suit to the requirement and convenience of a vegetarian person .

@@dietburrp I understand that and your effort is highly appreciated. The problem is with people who do not know much and will take your video as base to understand that legume might be a keto diet. Hence it's a little misleading. I would highly suggest to choose words carefully. People actually start fighting over silly things and half baked knowledge which you might have experience in your comments :).

People please do some research before following such lifestyles . I too follow keto lifestyle . It is good but only if you have done proper research and take all precautions . This video is an initial guide for beginners to adapt keto lifestyle slowly over a period of 1 month by eliminating carbs gradually week after week . However there are a few things which are not clear . In keto we do not consume carbs except fibre . We are allowed upto 10-50gm net carbs according to our metabolism and activities. So things like black chana , moong , fruits(except strawberry, blueberry, backberry) are not allowed on keto because it uses up your carb limit . Think like this you have 30rs to spend . Now you can buy a piece of chocolate with that 30 rs or you can buy some healthy salad or eggs with that . All you have to think is about using it wisely to fill your stomach . Along with that it also depends on a lot of factors such has hormones and others ways in which your body reacts to food .

Ghee ... is important... and a must in vegetarian keto .... avoid vegetable oil completely ... cuz they lead to oxidative stress... Coconut oil is the best thing.. remember it

Great Video for vegetarians... I m on strict keto n do not eat any sort of grains ... I follow Dr. Eric berg for guidance n can tell u he has mastered the diet n has comprehensive research on the same...but at times it becomes difficult for vegetarians coz options r very limited... nevertheless u explained it well.. thanks...Can I also consume coconut meat on keto.... n replace it with a meal...thanks

Legumes are highly avoidable in keto. Onions also, they contain sugar and a lot of carbs.

Hi Prakhar , thanks for watching our video. you can use legumes as long as they fit in your carb bracket .. plus when you soak the legumes over night , you actually use only 15 gms raw to make a bowl ful of the dish. it swells up to be double the amount ... so there are a lot of things you can experiment with , rather than just eating paneer all the time. i have been doing it with my clients who take personal diets , and trust me , most indian foods specially the vegetarian sources are the most unexplored ones in terms of keto ... if you do the math right , its all in your hands,

@@dietburrp मैंने वादा किया था की आपको आपके डायेट का अपडेट जरूर दूंगा। मेरी वाइफ ने 11 दिन कीटो पर रही और उसका वेट तीसरे और चोथे दिन एक एक केजी कम हुआ जिसने मुझे भी चोका दिया क्योंकि ये रिझल्ट सिर्फ नोन वेज कीटो में ही होता है। हालाकि उसके बाद रोज 700ग्राम के हिसाब से उतरा कभी कभी स्टेबल भी रहा। लेकिन 11 दिन के कीटो के बाद 5.4 केजी वेट उतर गया। 11 दिन के बाद मेरी वाइफ को पेट में हल्का दर्द शरु हुआ जिसकी वजह से मैंने उसको ब्रेक लेने को कहा है। अभी वो दो दिन से ब्रेक पर है लेकिन वो दो दिन के बाद फिर से कीटो कंटिन्यू कर रही है। आपके वीडियो के लिए थैंक्यू।

Moong dal is not keto and soya is very unhealthy in keto. Black bean is not keto. U can say it has few low carb stuff but this is not a keto diet.

Hi Namrata , Well , as mentioned in the beginning of the video , this is a modified vegetarian plan . i would request you to not form judgements before following the diet. We never upload any diet plan without trying and testing them. Its all about trust. Try it for a week and if you dont lose weight , you can label us as whatever you wish to. Also to scientifically tell you , while following the diet we tested urine sample on keto strips , which predicted ketones present . And only after that we have put up this plan.

1 cup coffee for breakfast? And then direct lunch ? I don't think this one is a good idea. Some walnuts and almonds won't harm I think. I have been on keto for 4 months and I think your week 2 plan needs some changes.

I m on keto for last 8mt mam it is not only about where the calories come from we eat less carb so we can burn body fat and not carbs. Your diet contains to much carb so please don't call it a keto diet. Yes u can lose weight may be on this diet. But it's not keto mam.

However , we have been planning this diet for our clients from a long time and we have seen lovely results not only in weight loss, but also in diabetes and cholesterol issues that some of them were facing . I know the world wide scenario of Keto is about having a cup of coffee and a cheese cube for breakfast , but that is not the only way to achieve weight loss . and again , lets not argue on it . its all about trust .. you can follow our diet only if you trust us . if not , please continue to follow what you feel is correct . Keto diet is not about calorie restriction but carb restriction. This is not keto diet plan but a sort of hybrid diet plan by mixing various kinds of diet plans.

bullet coffee is a must in keto , you can additionaly have whey protein if it fits in your macros . too much protein also kicks you out of ketosis.

Hi , Thanks for watching our video. As you know , keto is an extremly low carb diet , and hence other than the fat, it mostly comprises of meat , fish and eggs. However , for a vegetarian to follow keto is not really possible, as all the vegetarian protein foods come with some amount of carb. Hence the plan is made up by using the foods that can provide as low carb as possible and still help the person attain ketosis. Alot of our viewers have been successful in losing weight with this plan. If you are a vegetarian , and really want to lose weight , its definitely worth a try.

Hi , when following keto you need to calculate your carbs. specially if you are a vegetarian , you cannot have a 0 carb diet , coz only foods with 0 carbs are meat foods. so if a vegetarian needs to follow keto diet , you have to use some 5- 10 % carb in your diet , so calculate it and have what suits .. if you dnt want to have channa and rajma , you dont eat that .. calculate your carbs from other foods.

@@memyself7772 i am doing jogging at home for 10 minutes. And drinking water 4 ltr per day. Drinking alsi powder with buttermilk. I am not consuming mushrooms but we can take a little quantity every day. Hope this helps :)

No! You cant consume chickpeas( safeed chana) rajma(kidney beans) or kala chana. They contain alot of carbs (65gm approxin each of these) and it is mandatory that you keep your carbs very low( below 50gm ). The reason behind 5%-7% carbs is only because all vegetables has a little amount of carbs. So those are carbs we are consuming. Thus we cant consume anything which is made up of carbs only like channa etc.

Hi Abdul , yes true ... actually the diet mentioned in the video is calculate for macros , and if you time your chickpea or red channa intake , for just 1 serve of lentil a day and that too in the mentioned quantity , it will not change your carbs intake .. we have tried it ... so if the menu timed properly , you will very much remain in the limit and experience weight loss.. Because all plant based foods contain some or the other amount of carb , hence this indeed is a little difficult.

I am confused and not clear about your diet. You said no besan at first and later you are suggesting to consume Chana. Besan comes from chana weather its white chana or black chana.

Hi Baljeet , there is nothing to be confused. when you use channa , you soak it , it doubles in its weight, and respectively the carb content reduces. for ex - 10 gms of channa when soaked it will become 20 gms , so now thw carb that was to be provided by 10 gms are of carb , you are intaking by eating 20 gms of channa. I hope i am clear to you .... where in when you take besan , the same 10 gms of raw channa will grind to be 5 gms of besan , so if you take 10 gms besan you actually take the carbs that are provided by 20 gms raw channa.

Hi Shikha , if you are a vegetarian , and on keto , then including lentils in the first week is ok. slowly as uou move up the weeks, you can rely only on paneer. however, i personally too use lentils / chickpea / mung dal in higher weeks of keto on my clients and we have managed to get amazing results as well. Keto is actually very westernized diet . I follow my own indian version on my clients and it really works ! you can try if you wish too.

People watching this n those on keto diet..my question is By eliminating carbs altogether, where will the energy come from? Secondly if caffeine is bad and if you take coffee on empty stomach first thing in the morning, will it be healthy or unhealthy? Thirdly, everyone agrees that too much fat is bad for health...and in keto we fill our body with cream, butter and ghee...our brain knows we are on keto...does our body also know? Hi Mitthu, Thank you for watching our video. I was waiting from so many days for any of the viewer t reply on your comment. but i guess , a lot of others are also seeking the same infrmation . o firstly let me start by telling you that there is seriously no other alternative to a balanced healthy diet in thies entire world. There are a lot of keto followwers and they truly beleive in the magic of this diet. To be honest , i too had some similar questions in my mind when i started researching on it. and to my surprise , a lot of my clients benefitted with amazing weight loss , and specially in blood sugar control . However , i feel that this diet is not safe to follow for more than 50 - 60 days in continuation. as there arent enough researches conducted on the long term effect of this diet. coming to your questions : By eliminating carbs altogether, where will the energy come from? payal - it comes directly from fat. the theory is that once your body loses its glucose and glycogen store , it turns towards body fat for its energy requirements and fats are broken down in to glucose by a chemical cycle called - Gluconeogenesis. Secondly if caffeine is bad and if you take coffee on empty stomach first thing in the morning, will it be healthy or unhealthy? payal - Well too much of every thing is bad . same goes with caffeine . too much caffeine is bad . and in some digestive system issues , it is worst thing to have , while in some problems like pcod , it helps in correcting the illness. so thoda acha and thoda bura effect it has... now , caffeine is closely associated with helping in burning fat and increasing the metabolic rate. this is one reason it is an integral part of this diet. plus its helps in keeping the appetite low and hunger pangs at bay . hence a shot of bullet coffee a day is a must in keto. so you must know where to stop. if you eat that much its not going to work, you guys might eventually feel weak/muscle fatigue. instead eat one or two meals a day in short window( 4-6hrs ) also don't eat soybean and you can eat ghee as much as u want, just be mindful about calories if u want to lose weight. remember, FASTING CAN HELP REDUCE WEIGHT WHILE YOU ARE IN KETO, BUT EATING LESS SEVERAL TIMES WILL NOT IT WILL MAKE YOU WEAK AND LOSE MUSCLE.
