The heads up play was great by 41 at 5:33 to not just go for the ball, but stop the only eagles player that had a shot at the ball. He has looked good this preseason.

Honestly, I only watch these games for players that were in the XFL and USFL earlier this year.

Looking forward to seeing weather Anthony Richardson or Dorian Thompson-Robinson will have a better career. Esp when they both got drafted (1st round vs 5th round) and the teams they ended up going to.

AR is the Giannis of football. In a couple years he will physically bully 95% of the league and if his throwing accuracy can improve he has legitimate superstar potential.

Nothing but Allen return was positive about this game on the Eagles end.🤔🤔🤔🤔 maybe Allen should be the Team KR knowing that would be a better way to develop his game in the NFL level.

Having a hard time understanding throwing Richardson to the wolves immediately during the regular season. Minshew’s gifts are his processing, football IQ, and leadership. AR is a beast and top tier athlete, but he barely even started in college. So why not develop him behind Minshew for at least a few actual games? Minshew seems to love mentoring AR too. If I were Steichen, I’d want to develop the confidence and processing of my QB of the future. We’ve seen plenty of stud first round QB’s mismanaged until they fall apart. Of course, I’m not coaching on Sundays, so what do I know?

Richardson is going to be a Star. You can tell the WRs and linemen believe in their QB. They run the route and block very well. 👍🏽

Number 41. Every game has been eager to get involved. He don’t stop trying. Great effort helping get that fumble.

Kenyon Drake is the best back up running back in the NFL when healthy. He and Taylor would be a potent punch.

McKee with 4th stringers played better than Richardson with his starters.

McKee looked good.

Richardson played well he got to work on his touch passing and he had a lot of drops from his receivers that 6/17 is not all on him 💯💙🤍

One has to wonder if last season the Colts had stuck with Ehrlinger, instead of going back to Ryan. I'm not saying Sam would have been the starting QB, they still would have drafted AR5, (or Young, or CJ), but he might have sealed the job as the backup.

I couldn't watch the game had to be in bed. But from the highlights I think we played well

man as a eagles fan watching preseason.. I haven't really seen alot of shine from the second and third team.. Howie gona have to work some magic and get some more talent in the building

Reminder that Gardner Minshew is 28/32 with 2 TDs and 0 INTs this offseason. I get wanting to give Richardson game experience but not starting Minshew is a clear sign that the Colts are willing to give up this season for the sake of experience for their rookie QB - which I could get behind if it wasn't for the fact that there are 17 games and so there's no lack of opportunity to start AR15 later.....

Anybody know what Mariotas read was on the first TD? Looks like an option play, DE crashes in, but he still hands off. Wonder if he noticed the safety rolling over or if it was a mistake that worked out.

AR is an amazing athlete and can escape pressure without even thinking. What I am worried about is him making hurried/forcing throws that don't need to be made, or just his accuracy. He made a lot of good throws this game but also a lot of bad ones. Hope he can improve on that.
