Welcome to Java, Indonesia! This popular island is positioned just west of Bali, and is home to Indonesia's largest cities and most of its extensive railway network. In this episode, we share our travel adventure day from Jakarta to Yogyakarta on Kereta Api Indonesia's Argo Lawu Luxury Class train. From Jakarta's Gambir Station in Central Jakarta and the Luxury Class train car on the KAI Argo Lawu train from Jakarta to Yogyakarta, to our arrival at Yogyakarta Station and our visit to Jogja's famous Malioboro Street, this video shares our train travel adventure on Indonesia's rail network between two of Indonesia's most historic cities.

try the ferry from Surabaya to Makassar. This route has several large and very luxurious ferries. You can order tickets via the DLU FERRY application or go to the PT.DHARMA LAUTAN UTAMA office. usually located not far from the port

and you want to be even more luxurious? Try the VIP suite Dharma Rucitra 8, you will be served like a five-star hotel guest, perhaps like the Titanic and don't forget to visit Bandar Lampung or the coal mines in Muara Enim because there are miracles there that are rarely known by outsiders (super long and heavy trains)

Thanks for the tip! I've heard about the luxurious ferries on that route but haven't tried them yet. Booking through the DLU FERRY app sounds easy. What’s the best part of the journey? I'm in Indonesia for the next few days and would love to try this out!

We have watched videos online. You get a ferry ⛴️ room and great views of the ocean! 🌊 Plus, there are food options onboard the ship. We’re going to try it as soon as the rains stop. 😆

Hey James! The headphones 🎧 were absolutely 👍 good enough for the luxury train! 🚆 And KAI (Kereta Api Indonesia) 🇮🇩 has many excellent train 🚆 adventures now! You can find schedule details on the KAI Access app or on Traveloka. And KCIC (Kereta Cepat Indonesia China) now has the first leg of the high-speed train 🚅 operational. We have several train videos for Indonesia! 🇮🇩

I think 🤔 Indonesians should be proud of how much trains 🚆 in Indonesia 🇮🇩 have improved. We have experienced some of the best train cars in Indonesia. 🇮🇩 And the trains have been so good that we are going to try buses 🚌 and ferries ⛴️ as well.
