If the software, and design of the interfaces and features, is done by the same team that did the previous Smart Pro charger then this is certainly one to avoid. I doubt they have even thought about fixing the issue where it goes offline late at night - just as your cheap rate electricity is about to kick-in.

The previous software was using a different platform. From experience, i don't have any customers with that issue.

@@MorzakEV I have migrated to the "new app". I frequently see it offline at 10pm when I'm about to plug my car in. Frustrating to say the least. I also used the lock charger function one day. Great I thought... but the charger then lost connection to Indra and I couldn't unlock it to even boost charge using my phone! And then... the app tells me it is charging beyond my programmed end time for the cheap rate leccy. So full of bugs. I really am surprised others don't see these issues and don't complain. I take screenshots of it all just to prove I'm not going mad.

@@jp6975 Sounds like you have some sort of comms issue, or a problem with the unit. Are Indra dealing with it?
