Ingredients:
3 eggs
200 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
100 ml vegetable oil
120 ml milk
10 g baking powder
250 g flour
150 g cottage cheese
200 g frozen berries
The steps are:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and grease a 23 cm (9 inch) round cake tin.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.
Add vegetable oil and milk, mixing until smooth.
Next add the baking powder and flour and mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared mold and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the dough with cottage cheese, spreading it over the entire surface.
Arrange the berries on top of the curd, pressing them lightly into the batter.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the pie cool slightly in the mold before removing it.
