Thanks! That pipe wrench shelf turned out to be super handy! The best part is that none of the mill operators bother to look there for wrenches, so they don't walk away too much :)
Can you talk more about the job you have, how it is as a career, how industrial maintenance is as a career. The career field is appealing to me because of the wide array of different things maintenance technicians work on and how much you can potentially learn in the career field. Is most of the learning on the job and how and can the pay be worth it in the career field?
Absolutely, and I can film a video on it next week. I do like the variety. Carpentry, plumbing, controls engineering, millwrighting, process equipment repair, the list goes on. I've gained a lot of experience with project managing and equipment procurement as well. If you're seriously considering starting a career in maintenance and want to learn more, feel free to shoot me a DM. Thanks for watching!
