The only way I’d ever live in a high rise/penthouse is if there was a beautiful ocean view. Other than that, it’s not worth it but great tour!

This place has a whole lot of open area to breathe that’s what I like most about it........ definitely a single man’s dream and the things I could do living in this penthouse would be insane...... definitely love the balcony view and the fact it has the two floors makes me want to stretch out a bit......I would definitely have to have an extra million dollars laying around in order for me to purchase this and be happy with it.....lol...... another awesome video keep up the good work........👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Great Bachelor Pad!!! If I had the budget I definitely could see myself living in this unit. Also, I really enjoy high-rise and mid-rise condo videos. However my budget is only 250k-350k. Can't wait to see more content like this. Keep up the great work. Mahaloz!

Vegas doesn't have many industrial lofts so I'd definitely like to see more tours in Newport and Soho lofts! There's a 1,564 sq ft corner unit with downtown and Redrock views you should do next.

I LOVE this one. It's spacious, modern, well lit, the view is amazing and the furniture classy. However, this is clearly not designed for couples or families. Where would my guests go? Where would a nursery be?

this is a fabulous penthouse and i love love love the industrial/modern design but i'm with Mrs. M on this, for a penthouse that looks like that, i want to see some water. but i know the view is really killer at night with the sprawling Vegas Lights sparkle. the tour was wonderful until i saw the bad stain in the tub. not good. my favorite was the stainless steel backsplash and cabinets. beautiful!

Great video Chuck 💥💥💥 This is a nice loft however the neighborhood isn’t too desirable. Not worth the price and HOA fees. You’ve got to want to be downtown and look at more than a few unpleasantries daily😉

I like high rise condos especially if they have a view. Wish I could have bought one years ago (or a home in LV). I’m from CA living in Texas and seems like more people are going to LV, AZ, and Texas.

There's so many better options in Vegas for $1 million. In that price range you can find better at Veer, Panorama, The Martin, Sky, etc. Plus all of those properties have better views/communities. And then you can look for houses in that price range which would provide better privacy, square footage, etc.

It is a very modern clean unit. The main downside is the lack of privacy for the 2 bedrooms. Having to pass through the guest room to access the master bedroom is another dowside. I guess anyone sleeping in the second bedroom has to use the bathroom on the lower level or else enter the master suite section to use the toilet. The view is beautiful.

He brings up a good point about the view, and zoning. In 2015, I looked at units in this building and a few others. I like the downtown feel, some call it "skid row," but it's not that bad at all. Numerous mom 'n pop eateries, bars and businesses...for now. It is being rapidly developed and is becoming an extension of the strip in ways. A 40-story hotel, Circa, is going up on Fremont St. While that particular building will not impact this condo's views, who's to say similar height construction will not go in next door to this?
