I’d say that the odds of us getting season three would be ordinarily pretty high considering how well season two is doing, but the strikes have definitely thrown a wrench into that. Here’s hoping Amazon will give in, because Neil is extremely eager to write season three.
@@thisistheaccountname He acted so soft when he saw them and acted so sweet with them. I love how love (LOL) can change people on unimaginable ways 🥺❤️
And David Tennant is also find of little kids in real life. There are several comments on RU-vid from fans who have met him in real life. They mentioned that David is very lovely when he was interacting with children. His eldest son (Ty Tennant) even lectured him about contraception because he keeps giving him siblings😂.
@@tiararoxeanne1318 I'm picturing Ty giving that lecture in the exasperated and slightly snotty tone he used throughout most of Ep2, and it just makes it funnier!
I think my favorite part of season 2 is that Gabriel was against the second coming and he came to Aziraphale without memory because he knew that Aziraphale was against the first Armageddon. Probably also because he knew Aziraphale wouldn't turn him away.
That is true but I do think the reason he ended up in Aziraphale's shop was because he knew Aziraphale was against the end of the world. Even instinctually it seems. He knew that if Aziraphale knew hed be against it too. Also to be fair Aziraphale probably would be the only angel Gabriel trusted after that so he's the second best option. If he couldn't get to Bee he went to Crowley's Angel.
I had no idea, before this season, that Jon Hamm had such terrific comedic chops. I mean, S1 Gabriel was hilarious too, but in a very different way. The comedy timing of the entire cast is just magnificent.
@@tamsintarshish3905 Nope, most of those things listed aren't my comedic cup of tea. I did see Parks and Rec... was he in that? I'll have to revisit. 😁
He was in ‘A Young Doctors Notebook’ with Daniel Radcliffe a few years ago. From memory, he was funny in that. It has a similar kind of vibe to Good Omens, the show is so underrated. Maybe give that a try if you haven’t already?
A good motivation in life includes the confirmation of Good Omens Season 3. And includes dining at the Ritz and Nightingales singing in Berkely square.
I just noticed that the newspaper Crowley is reading when he redirects the spy looking for the Azerbaijani sector chief, has the headling "Is Tadfield The Best Village In England?" Ha!!
Looks like Jim has his own set of food and water bowls lol so cute ❤️ and why is nobody talking about the fact that Aziraphale probably did the apology dance in 1941 after dinner with Crowley?
Gaiman talked many years ago about doing the dance in his relationships as a way to have fun rather than get trapped in a need to be right. I've used it with my family ever since, it works brilliantly.
Hopefully Crowley and Aziraphale are reunited early in season 3 and not within the last few minutes. Would love to see how they adjust to life together.
I bet season 3 would also consist of 6 episodes, to make a nice '666' configuration for the whole series. The first one episode would be about both of them working separately but missing each other greatly. The remaining episodes would be about their gradual understanding of each other and their understanding of the ineffable plan of God Almighty. Finally at the end of the last episode, they would become a couple at the same time with the Armageddon war begins or the Second Coming happens.
@@tiararoxeanne1318Nah, God suddenly making sense would undermine the entire point of the show. God and her morally binary bullshit is the entire reason Crowley became what he is and why he keeps being the most morally upstanding character in a show where he's paired with a literal angel.
@@ginge641 Hmm, that's also another possible ending🤔. Azi and Crowley decide to stay on Earth, together helping humans defend themselves against both Heaven and Hell, who each wants to reign on humans and Earth. That would be like Crowley predicted in season 1.
Please give us season 3. I love these actors and the stories they tell us. And also Neil ❤ amazing writing. I’m also heartbroken and my heart needs to be healed. But that’s another story.
4:57 the left turn in delivery from exasperated to a combination of "yeah, ok, fine" and "if no one can find a book they can't *buy* a book" is just perfect. I will forever love Michael Sheen's performance of that line. (On top of his delivery of all the other lines!). Need more please!
I love this show so much. The side characters could be developed better, but I really do adore how they have written Az and Crow, and I can’t wait for season 3. Have a great day everyone and don’t forget to interact with content around Good Omens and rewatch in on Prime so we can get that third season!
I think the side characters are the result of Gaiman attempting to imitate Pratchett's style. Pratchett seems to have a knack for connecting seemingly unconnected events and people into a cohesive narrative, but Gaiman's side characters tend to be more relevant to the central plot. (I haven't read their books. These are just observations I gathered from their film adaptations.)
God, satan, someone... Let me live in the fantasy that the season was as lighthearted as these video and not remember the utter rollercoaster of a traumatic experience I went through watching the finale
Season 3 please please please, Amazon! We must see the ineffable husbands’ story to its rightful conclusion! (And please pay your writers enough to end the strike so we get it soon 🥺)
Shax is such an underrated character, she’s doing her job and trying to impress her boss, and life keeps throwing her curveballs, but she keeps going anyway. Also she slayed in all the outfits
AMO GOOD OMENS. Al di sopra delle aspettative, scene divertenti e il rapporto di Aziraphale e Crowley finalmente messo alla luce per quello che è realmente.... per come è finita spero solo che possiate approvare la terza stagione (please ne ho bisogno).
i dont think it was revealed if you dont mind me saying !!! it was designed to be very clear from season one that they loved and cared foreach other deeply:3
@@birbsherlock7213 I know well that it was clear as day that they loved each other, a pity that despite Neil and the actors ALWAYS confirming the love story, after season 1 people still questioned everything ... after this season it is so evident that it is missing shortly the hearts came out of the screen 🤣
Restart production on Season 3!! The show has become so much bigger than just one man (Neil), and the fandom is so passionate. We deserve a conclusion to our beloved show!!
The last bit was even better since it's a callback to when one of the zombie spies said he could read lips then after saying those magic words the other zombies thought he was full of it. But he really did say banana, fish, gorilla, shoelace with a dash of nutmeg.
for all the emotional impact of the final scenes, the overall silliness and fun of the previous episodes were part of my favorite things this season. I really hope amazon renews it !
😂 two of the funniest moments I enjoyed was when Aziraphale says "SHE HAD BALLS!" When talking about Jane Austin, and when Jobs daughter introduced herself as "and I'm Jemima, I made this pot!"
@PrimeVideo- can we get another season please?! We are all so desperate for another season!! You guys did awesome this season and i have never laughed as much as i did at a show like this!!
prime really had the audacity to put this out after the good omens prime account posted a part of the confession scene with the caption "just in case you were feeling happy today" 😭
Love season 2 - so many funny moments and new characters to love as well as the ones we already ADORE ❤ Please negotiate, settle the strike and let us know we can look forward to Season 3 - it’s so needed!!
