Fresh raw sourdough starter or preferably sponge and cultures ie : sourcream , yogurt , etc . You should definitely take the sponge with cultures , otherwise you'll get diarrhea ; there is something in the sponge that the cultures counterreacts , don't know what it is , just that it works better . Actually , lately , I've been making my sourdough sponge with Sprite Zero and Thanks , your video just reminded me that I need to try and bake me a Sprite sourdough loaf to try ; might be the new food fad . I usually take a spoonful in the morning and at night when I have an infection and Sprite mixed in the sponge does appear to make it go down easier . Although sponge and cultures help with the really bad stuff and just cultures alone will help with the stuff that's not as bad . Cheers !
