After we installed the bypass valve, we noticed we were getting heat much faster. Even though our water temperature was only at 140 degrees, it was putting out decent heat. If your heater takes along time to push out warm air, try this bypass valve.
@@ride4chevy like any thermostat you want a bypass hole in case the thermostat stays in the closed position because of a defect or it longer functions like it should
So what does your temperature gauge read, although it helped my hd5 takes some time to get past 160 degrees. Once above 155 160 it's starts to blow warmer air and anything above 180 it's hot air. If you installed a new inferno make sure there isn't any air trapped in any of the hoses.
Good vid. I just received my Brp soft doors like yours and ordered the inferno heater. Little worried about the install of the heater though lol. My sxs is a 2022 defender pro. I don’t wanna have the dealer install it. I do all my maintenance on my vehicles and bikes.
