Despite all the problems we know about in IL, with this fix of the AA WH, the devs did nothing less than hit the ball out of the court. 😂 Shows what they _can_ do when they pull their fingers out, lol. More please, devs!
>It's a shame the others aren't as good. Pulse Mare T, XenoStinger Defender, Support Guardian, Light Cone AA. Granted, Guardian and Pulse Mare T are Support, they still do put out a lot of AA DPM and I find them surviving much longer in comparison to Hussar AA.
hello, Damphyre would like to know what can you say running all 3 variants of hussars in a fleet? , been thinking this quite awhile and cant get a grasp of it's picture whats the outcome specially if all in maxed state.- tyvm
It is a unique skill that u can pick up when joining the default gameplay i think. I recall seeing three modules that can be add-ons bought in the research shop. There is a front row, a mid-row, and a back-row. I just cant recall what faction u need to join. I think it is the independent route? I honestly don't remember. But hope this helps.
winged hussar AA, special car, stealth reliat, mare t pulse and AA, st59 or spear mid row up to 3 8 cas aux xeno aa my AA tank fleet thats super cheap to replace the frigates, st59 doesnt die thanks to the cas and the cas kinda keeps the frigates and WHAA alive a little longer. im getting BRs with 250k+ to 500k+ in AA depending on how much golden air the player or "PVE" fleets have. flanking i have 8 cally Bs with 5 predators loaded with mistrals, royals and sandrakes a cv3k with vitas B and CDs and conamara chaos plasma torps. works pretty good.
18:00 I am sorry, what? I will agree LC AA damage specifically is not nearly as good as hussar AA especially per CP, but the AA damage is a mere bonus to what it really provides. LC AA effectively deletes missile ships from the game if you front row them and throw a couple in a fleet with a tank like ST59 or spears. It shuts down missiles so hard, with many of the meta ship and aircraft using missiles of some sort.
LC AA is more for intercept than role specific AA like WHAA, just like WHAA cant do anything against cally B torps thats what any intercept mods on carriers or BC and LC AA is for.
I haven't seen lc aa intercept anything after you reduce torp intercept on callistos. It seems to have cancelled out the intercept capability. Not a single torp was intercepted
Needs to be flagship and have 3 of in fleet if you want the command system buffs. Situational awareness systems strategies etc and its general AA damage output is fine without it being the flagship.
@@DamphyreThanks for letting me know. i appreciate it. Also, I should have asked at first, but what exactly qualifies as 'at a disadvantage"? is it simply if the enemy fleet has more fighters than you? Does your corvettes count in this regard??
