Man thank you. I bought a G35 with a no crank/ no start problem. I haven't started looking to find the problem yet but I was thinking starter. I changed the battery and the owner thought it was fuel pump. He later found out it wasn't the fuel pump. So i now see another avenue. Thanks i check that area and let you know.
Thank you for the video I’ll be trying this too!.. my cars doing some weird things tho like radio/nav not working headlights flickering and then won’t turn off it detects the key but it doesn’t unlock the doors or anything and when you hit the buttons so it’s probably the bcm or the ground too it I’ll update yall
I'll be watching this 20 times today. I have 04 coupe and someone put there own computer system to override my main from their phone. I don't even have that and can't because master will kick me out. These cars are nuts
Hey thanks for posting. I have an 11 G37x. The dash doesn't light up(only security bulb). I called dealer there is no steering lock solenoid on this car. Also when the remote is put in the slot, the lights on the slot come on but there is no indication on the center dash. Was this your situation? Any thoughts? Thanks!
@@thanycooley9112 No fix figured out. The few times I went to start recently it's actually been starting...??? The car's not on the road so It hasn't been getting much attention. Obviously something intermittent. Have you had any luck?
Damn mine does the same thing but now it’s getting worse. Just like you showed but I have to keep pressing start again and again until finally when the key is in the proper area the car starts up. Than it won’t shift out of park. That I have to override the shift lock with a paper clip.
Hey Manny @perfectfix I have a 2007 Nissian Maxima 3.5 SL an the car won’t start no lights coming on but brake lights and the door sound but the steering wheel is locked as well it won’t even let the radio or nothing come on can’t turn the key at all
My car starts and runs normally but my dash isn’t showing any gauges or indicators not working except the emergency brake light battery and airbag. Rpm, mph, gas, temperature are not working at all
The only lights I am getting is the the airbag light and the 2 brake lights when I turn on the ignition. Other than that nothing happens when I try to start. Can’t even put it in neutral. Is this what your was doing as well?
I have all the same symptoms as a dead battery but it isn't the battery, all the lights cut out when I engage the starter until I release then they come back on and only get 1 single click from the solonoid.
Yeah mine just tuned out to be a bad starter, 30mins to swap in the new one and fired right up. Currently dealing with a multiple misfire issue being caused by a bad fuel pressure regulator.

So kinda having the same problem but my power worms everything works but my ENG CONT fuse keep blowing and the car won't cracks it blows when you try to start it
My car does this now I’ve changed the computer BCM & the car powers on , it goes to the on position the fans cut on but the engine does nothing I’ve changed the box shown in the video car still does the same thing , also my OBD Port doesn’t work I’m gonna try to check the fuses & see if that’s a reason
hi manny, have a quick question when you test it with the wire do i need to hit the start buttin to power on then use the wire? or do i leave the start button off and just jump the wire? thank you for your time.
So weird my car was working normal everyday one day I woke up no power no cranking just my car locks unlocks found a lot of water on my passenger side must be a leak coming from the wires connected to that ipdm wonder if that was my issue all along
@mannyduranduran having same issue 08 infinity g35x have had issue with starting it gets power but no crank or start replaced battery and battery fuse changed battery in key fob as well and still wont start.
And meant to ask if what u changed could be the same problem. Bc in your discrimination says no crank no start not power but our gets power just no crank no start

@@angel.alcantar6095 Yes I fixed it, but check all the fuses, the ones below the steering wheel and the ones in front near the battery, all of them, also check that your throttle body

When u jumped where the relay goes u said u jumped the top and bottom socket. but u pointed to the middle and the bottom socket. did u mean the top right socket jumped with the bottom one. or did u mean the top horizontal socket(middle) with the bottom horizontal socket?
I have a g37 2012 i changed both fuse boxes inside and put boxes i changed the battery i checked the starter and it stoll doesnt turn on i have no idea what it might be i check all my fuses and no start still what can the problem be the dash turns on but the car doesnt start

Good afternoon. Hope All is well! I just seen your video and I'd like to get your input about my 09' G 37. So my drain plug is clogged and when it rains my passenger side floor panel floods. The water is getting In on the right passenger side .Car doesn't start at all. My car is at the dealer and there saying need a new Bcm and IPDM. $4k....smh
Well if that’s the case get a bcm and ipdm at the junkyard that’s what I did.. And for the water I make a video how to solve that.I hope you fix your vehicle.
@XXarmyboyXX1216 I replaced the bcm and the ipdm and they were able to communicate with the vehicle they claim but it didn't start so the mechanic asked that I replace the valve body in which I bought online , definitely NOT through them and the car started. Ever since they replaced the valve body my car has been going in limp mode when i drive it. I went back and they claimed they didn't know wht it could be. They stole emblems off my engine and after that I refused to take my vehicle back to the dealer.
I changed starter, alternator, new battery; dash all lights up but when I push to start the lights dim out and car cranks one time. I checked all the fuses could this be the problem?
Does anybody know why I don’t have power at all in my car I drove it this morning it ran fine I tried to crank it earlier an I’m getting no response no lights on the dash or nothing I’m thinking it’s my positive terminal has anybody had or has this problem ?
@@mannyduranduran hey I changed the box but still no power no lights no nothing. I check the ecm wire harness and saw water coming from it. Should I just replace ecm?
@@mannyduranduran i dint get that one, the first time my car cant no read my scanner but we find the burn fuse and we change that one and now work but still no crank or start it, just sometime
I went got a new ipdm today and my car still wouldn’t start. Whenever I turn my car to ON position the fans come on and stay on because it won’t let me turn the car back to off. All lights is shown on the dash also. What you think the problem is?
