Looks like a great kit you have put together there. Not a bad price. I've never had much luck frying on stainless steel. Have trouble with the food sticking. That's why I like my old vintage tin skillet. Very lightweight and if seasoned correct it's stick free using very little oil.

BluegrassBushcraft I just saw this comment now! I like cooking on stainless steel. I guess I’ve built my cooking technique around the properties of stainless. Even at home I have a couple of stainless pans that I find indispensable. I think having the built in diffuser plate is key. I will say that hash browns are one thing that I can’t figure out on the stainless.
