EDIT: The music got copyrighted so the video was blocked in like 200 countries. So this vids just not gonna have music for a while. (no one watches it anymore anyway)

In total there was 1856 entries.
I spent a week collecting and numbering all the entries.
Then Silhouette and I went through all of them and had to pick 4 winners and 10 finalists, but we wound up picking more finalists than 10 because it was impossible to choose between them.
And now you get to see the winners!
-Don't know when the animatic will be done.
-The winners were chosen by us based on our personal preferences, taking into account the outfits, colouring, and how the overall designed worked.
"At the Gala" from MLP FIM, belongs to Hasbro.

I'm not a fan of pony OC contests but i like to see a pair of lists or videos like these because here I can see how talented and different are all the people, and yes; some have "better" OCs than others, but that doesn't mean the people behind them aren't worth it. Everyone can learn from others too. Congrats to all the people who won this!

Aww, darn! I didn't make it in there even though I really, really wanted to. However, you can't always have that luck! So instead of crying and whining about it, I'll say CONGRATS to the winners and finalists that made it! You must be superhappy to have your OC's in the Animatic and I understand how amazing that must feel. Embrace your success! Wooohoo! I'm really looking forward to the Animatic now either way! Hi Ink Potts! I know this doesn't mean much, but I just wanted to say sorry for all those seemingly pressuring you in the comments. On your videos most comments I see have been about the hiatus, and it's lovely to see so much passion for you work from fans, but just in case it was too pressuring I wanted to post this. I for one am delighted to see that you're still working on it, and I can't wait to see your hard work when you're done and ready to show it :) The wait is always worth it ♥

Well! This is the anniversary! It's amazing it's taken so long, but looking on Ink Pott's DeviantArt sure makes up for the time not spent on this! ^^ Things that take longer come out fresher, so I can understand their struggles. Keep being patient and they'll feel less stressed!

Even though I did not win, it awesome to see all the different OC's that will be included. I think it will make the final animatic feel much more alive than just having a bunch of just standardized background pones. Also, that Aldagio Waltz... o.o

The details on the clothing is so inspirational!! Even though I didn't win, this was fun to do and congrats to everyone that did!!! Can't wait to see the animatic :3 All these oc's are so adorable x3 I particularly liked the sheep and zebra haha

Loved the latest animatic and these OCs really made it come alive. However a thought strikes me. The versions given are all nice in the creators styles, though would you do another upload of this or similarly showcase style of video but adding in their appearances in your style as they appear in the animatic? I'm not demanding and I can watch the video over to see them of course. I was just thinking a more focused look might be interesting. A kind of breakdown of one style and how it transitioned to another.
