I’ve been doing the ab and the inner thigh for about a week now and I can’t thank you enough! I’ve found my strength and enjoyment again in movement❤ I am so sore and definitely have never had a more effective workout for me!!! You two are amazing!!! To anyone reading this: DO IT. It’s so worth it 🩷🫶

Yo!! This is a great quick burn!! Its so effective! Also, I noticed that when you guys worked out on the left side, you forgot to do the little kicks from forward to back. The ones on the right side at 4:50 Keep the workouts coming!! We love themm!!❤🐣

When it starts to burn I cant help but think of the 40 yr old Virgin scene where hes getting waxed and screaming insults and then apologizing 😭 Edit: Omg. I've been doing this everyday and it is the only thigh workout that has actually helped my inner thighs feel strong and lift outter butt area!! Pair it with running or walking and you're golden. This video helped so much, Laura I dont know what I would do without you!! 💪💕

Im gonna start this Weight: 61.40kg height: 153cm Day 1✅ was hard but i did it Day 2✅ today was easier, i can feel the burn Day 3✅ the same as day 2 Day 4✅ easier and easier Day 5✅easy, still feeling the burn Day 6✅ still no difference Day 7✅ Day 8✅ Day 9✅ Day 10✅ Day 11✅ Day 12✅ Day 13✅ Day 14✅

I could suggest no one to do this exercise unless you want to be in bed for the next 2days🫠i did it straight for 2days i have severe pain in hips and can’t even sleep correctly

I felt like I was working the peroneal muscle (like on the outer side of my leg) instead of the outer glute, and the sensation increased when I rotated the toes down, any tips?

Well I think some of the peroneal muscle assists in dorsiflexion so that’s just a muscle that gets engaged in that exercise. I’m not a trainer but I am in med school so I hope that’s correct

These is a great workout but my least favorite kind of instructor lol. She’s like “this is our final one! Ok now hold it! Ok now tap it! Ok now do the same thing again!” like girl why did you say that was the last one? 😭

Is it right that when I feel the outer thigh burn I also loose body fat on the inner thigh?

Hi! No one can target fat loss only in certain body parts. This workout tones thigh muscles to make legs stronger and leaner. The burn you feel means you're strengthening those muscles. Good news is, strong muscles burn more energy which help in fat loss. 😅

Doing this everyday until my school reopens. Wish me luck 🎀🕺 Day 1️⃣: ✅What the actual hell was that? That was so painful, no joke I felt like vomiting 😭. The motivation of seeing that red line reach the end was keeping me e going, but I already know this is gonna be one hell of a ride 🪦 Day2️⃣: ✅Burnt worse than yesterday, how’s that even possible, still pushing through tho Day3️⃣:✅ Some of the places didn’t burn, but it’s still not at all easy. Felt the need to do this as today I just sat in my room and ate a bunch of sweets lol.
