Hope you enjoy this workout! It's the first of our three-part series workout at the Alo wellness club in LA!! This is an Ab burner. Seriously. in my opinion this is harder than my ten-minute ab workout I filmed a few years ago.

dancer, a runner (not recommended) , a gym rat, Pilates for 15 years, and daily yoga. These 3 workouts are very challenging and very effective - I am on day 6 of my 10 days in a row and it is absolutely effective. I think it is most wise to stagger this every other day and always stretch carefully before and after - it 1. Prevents injury (you will be in pain and immobile for a week) and 2. elongates the muscle fiber, for a long lean result instead of bulk.

sorry but are we still living in 2014? I thought we finally moved past false narrative that mini ab circuits are 1. effective and 2. going to build abs. To spare anyone reading this, its done through heavy compound lifts and diet

First of all this is effective, and it does build abs. This is a Pilates-style workout. And also narrative that you have to lift heavy ONLY to build muscle is absolutely not true. You can do both 🤷🏽‍♀️
