This video just helped me to remove both tires, install the Tannus Armour and Flatout, and then place the tires back into place. Thank you.

Loved the tutorial, thank you! Normally there's ear blowing music pumpimg in the background during a fix; well actually my cleanings 😊 rarely am I fixing anything on my 750 other than tighting up. I would say you make it look so easy but, practacally, love how plug and play yukon is. I keep these tools on me incase nature happens on the trail, got my first flat at 2,000 miles i was so impressed. Thank you!!

@@VoltbikeCanada What about battery BMS reset? I have a brand new yukon 750 and had a lot of trouble with my battery shuting down, always have to reset the fuse and i dont think thats normal(got the same problem at least 7-8 times since i received the bike in early october), always have to bring a screwdriver to reset the fuse.. is it possible that i have a defective battery? Its getting really annoying, what should i do?

@@pooody VoltBike batteries are designed to shut down operation in extreme conditions. If you are climbing steep hills or with extensive cargo it's possible that this is triggering the protection. If this is not the case, then you may need to send your battery back to us so our electrician can rectify any issues.

@@VoltbikeCanada I guess you completely remove the axle nuts and washers as best practice to avoid stripping or damage to the axle threads?

best to take the battery out case it starts up while taking the wheel off,you never know if the battery starts up or what ever.

Finally, someone showing how to replace rear tube on a fat bike. Have to agree, heard to hear, but thanks anyway for the visual. Now let’s see this done out on a trail 😁😁10 miles from home which is where I always seem to get mine

It's simple....you don't need to take off wheel to fix a flat....what the hell planet am i on....fixed bike flats when i was 9 years old...just find the problem spot...release the tire from the rim...pull out the general area of the tube that has the puncture find the leak with some spit or water and patch it ...put it back in ...put the tire back on the rim...pump it up and get on with riding !!!!!! Jeez !!!!!!!!

Thanks for the tutorial. Why was it necessary to remove the nut and washers completely to replace the inner tube? On my older Yukon with 30 TPI (very stiff) tire, it was much harder to remove the tire. Regular bicycle tire levers were not strong enough.

Removing nuts and washers is not mandatory. However removing them would help you keep track of the order in which they should go back on the wheel.

@@VoltbikeCanada I don't understand this answer, if I never actually full remove the nuts and washer from the wheel then they will certainly remain in the right order when I put the wheel back on?

great video and very informative, I have 1 question, should you or would true up the wheel or will it center from pushing it in, also can you over tighten the nut on one side more than the other

I cant get any help from my now faulty Yukon 750 from Voltbike Canada. The tech found they wired it wrong, single insulated cables n kinked/ torn wires. They dont reply to email, phone or facebook. EDITED, I did get help by calling their 1800 number, but it only works for inside Nth.America. We have facebook'd a few times now.

I really wanted to like this bike. But Voltbike did very little that it promised. The color is to this day still wrong on the website. The bike did not arrive tuned. There was damage to the bike. It was very late despite repeated weekly promises that it would ship the following week. I had to ask for a partial refund that did not even cover the tune up, let alone the damage. I should have bought a Rad or maybe a Juiced.

Thanks, very good instruction. Try a remote mic in the future for clearer audio. Is it a good idea to use dialectic grease in the motor cable connection?

Thanks for your feedback Mike. We will try to improve for the next video. Yes, you can use dielectric grease and it won't hurt. However this is not mandatory and we don't use this in our serial production.
