Red has a different flavor to the green an yellow , dey all have different taste.. You can put in a food processor for smaller cuts less time... Many Blessings

What you should do is have a trini all purpose blend go back and do your research and come up.with a blend to make meats veg catalog you name it in the label like a Maggi trust me you get bigger with onion powder garlic salt then a curry curry side or a geera side you know what I mean
