You're legend But let me see if i understood Begginers should do 10 circuits with 5 exercises Close Squats - 10 Reps Regular Squats - 10 Reps Wide Squats - 10 Reps Explosive Jumps - 10 Reps Lunges - 10 reps each leg Without no rest between the exercises. But how long should i rest between the circuits? Advanced level sounds like impossible, 150 reps per circuit 🤣 Even the begginer looks too much hard. I'll try it and back to comment again.
Sorry Vadim but you talking about straight back and then rolling your pelvis forward? Wtf?? The bend in the spine you did is nowhere safe, if it was a weighted squat you would crush your lower back. Dont show people wrong technique bro, they will injure themselves
