Great ideas, love your contents! Just a suggestion, don’t use a spoon directly onto the saucepan, it scratches it and it’s very dangerous for your health eating food cooked in a scratched pan. Use a plastic spatula ☺️ Just a small tip, don’t take it bad, everything else is spot on 💪🏼💪🏼

I haven’t even tasted the porridge oats yet but it’s ducking delicious. Already know I’m going to love this. I don’t even bother eating out anymore because the meals you show are wayyyy better!
Keep up the great work man, just had to say that dont usually like actually make use of recipes at all or ideas from most anabolic channels but your deep dish tortilla pizza was a game changer. I always made tortilla pizzas but putting the tortilla in a glass/metal/ceramic oven safe pan that forces the tortilla to curl on the sides was just like wow so simple but it changes alot. That 1 simple thing allowed me to load up my pizzas with so much more veggies i love it.
really loving your videos. i started my journey two weeks ago and i found your low calorie/ volume eating videos very helpful. i brought a treadmill and have some weights. any recommendations for certain exercises for a women? also.. any recommendations for protein powders or pre work outs for a beginner?
Just very finely milled oats (so it's almost like a flour). We can buy finely milled oats here but if you can't, you can just blend regular oats or use normal oats (normal oats will take a little longer to cook).
